The Real 5 Books of the Torah: Dimensions Beyond.

There are 5 Books of the Torah as we see them laid out in the scroll before us, 2 dimensionally, and even if we study its secrets and read the Rabbis’ different interpretations, there are still only 5 Books divided into a stream of words, but that’s because we’re only looking at them from our limited point-of-view, stuck in Malchut.  There is another way of viewing them that will expand our consciousness and raise us into the Tree-of-life.

This is Wisdom for those that understand. The Arizal in his commentary on portion Terumah, said that the Torah was at the level of Yesod of Abba, which is Chochma, which is also the Yud in the Tetragrammaton (YHVH).  We’ve read elsewhere and also from the Ari himself that the Torah is at the level of Zeir Anpin (the bundle of 6 sefirot/dimensions from Heaven to Earth), and also that it’s at the level of Binah, so what gives?

What gives is our limited perspective. They are all right.

In the Arizal’s pregnant statement that the Torah was at the level of Yesod of Abba, we can see that there are about 80,000 words in the Torah and then knowing that 80 is the numerical value of Yesod(YSVD) and that the 5 digits in 80,000 reflect 10x10x10x10 or 104 we have clues to understanding the Ari’s statement.

First we must understand that there are 5 main levels of the sefirot corresponding to the 5 worlds and the 5 parts of the YHVH.

5 Main Dimensions

5: Keter (tip of the Yud)

4: Chochma or Abba (Father) Yud

3: Binah or Imma (Mother) Hey

2: Zeir Anpin (Vav)

1: Malchut (final Hey)

Then we can see that 5-digit numbers are at the level of 104, as shown above, and thus they are at the 4th level, which as the Arizal said, is Abba (Chochma).

We can thus understand from the Ari’s statement that the words of the Torah are at level of Yesod of Abba (Chochma). Yesod is the point (funnel) where the light flows into the next lowest sefira, in this case Binah or Imma.

And the pseudo-sexual reference to flowing into Imma from Abba is not coincidental as this analogy is as best we can understand it  and Yesod is indeed associated with the sexual organs for this very reason. In fact, one of the reasons that there are 79,976 words in the Torah and not 80,000 exactly is that 24 of them, or .03% were removed in a spiritual circumcision of sorts, since a proper circumcision (brit milah) is done is 3 parts: a) cutting away the foreskin, b) Revealing the glans, and c) Extracting the blood from the wound.

Letters

Now, there are 600,000 letters in the Torah. Actually there are (600,000 -408) component letters of the 304,805 full letters in the Torah, as we’ve explained in previous articles, but the sages use the 600,000 figure, corresponding to the 600,000 Israelites at Sinai.

The numerical value of the letter Vav is 6, and 60% of the verses in the Torah begin with the letter Vav. And if those 408 missing letters were Vav’s, their value would be 2448, the year the Torah was revealed at Sinai, which would be .408% of 600,000.

Nevertheless, 6 is representative of Zeir Anpin.  And 6 digits is at a higher level that the 5 digits of Abba (Chochma), and thus would be at the highest level of Keter. Thus the 600,000 letters of the Torah are similarly at Zeir Anpin of Keter.

How are we to understand this? When we look at the Torah we see letters grouped into words, but this is like seeing the various components of light already assembled together: the blue wavelength, red, infra-red, ultra-violet etc. Or seeing matter already formed with electrons, protons, neutrons. It’s all been put together to make it easy for us for us to comprehend the universe, but in the end all we see is the limited malchut world of illusion, a reflection of the truth instead of the Tree-of-life reality beyond limitations.

Any scientist will tell you that the atoms are 99.9% empty space, so how come we can’t see or pass right through them? A better question might be, who said we can’t?

In actuality, the letters and words exists on separate planes of existence, which is why gematria can analyze them separately and add to the whole, rather than detract from it, and it’s also why Rav Abraham Abulafia of blessed memory said Gematria is the highest form of Torah understanding.

Verses

As for the 5845 verses of Torah, they are 155 less than 6000 and 67 more than 5778, the year prophesied by Rav Ashlag, etc for the final redemption (geula) and the 3rd opening of the Tree-of-life reality in our world. While the 4 digits indicate the world of Binah (Imma) one dimension beneath Chochma (Abba), 6 again signifies the 6 dimensions of Zeir Anpin, and 67 is he numerical value of Binah (Imma), reiterating that connection.  And 155/6000 is .26%, with 26 being the numerical value of the YHVH, which on a whole is Zeir Anpin.

Therefore the verses of the Torah are in the dimension of Zeir Anpin of Imma (Binah).

3: Verses: Zeir Anpin of Binah

Taken together all 3 elements in their separate superimposed dimensions (Letters, Words, and Verses) add up to exactly 58, 5 raised to the 8th power. Now that’s perfection not attainable from our limited perspective.

Nevertheless, There are two more major Torah elements, the 670 paragraphs and the 187 Chapters.

The 3 digits of the 670 paragraphs represent Da’at, the triple balancing point, or reservoir of knowledge between Chochma and Binah, and the place from where Zeir Anpin draws its shefa (life-force). And once again 67 is the numerical value of Binah; therefore the 670 paragraphs are in the dimension of Binah of Da’at, which is the level where Moses drew his energy and wisdom.

The 5th element, 187 chapters, breaks down to 120 + 67 with 67 once again being the numerical value of Binah, and 12o being the length of our generations, those from Moses on, for as the Torah says in Genesis 6:3 “God said, ‘My spirit will not continue to judge man forever, since he is nothing but flesh. His days shall be 120‘.”

In the 5th chapter, just prior to that, the 8th man (generation) in the lineage of Adam, Methuselah lived 187 before begetting Lemekh (LMC), whose name is a permutation for King(MLC), and whose life and lifespan hint to 5778. (See our post on Abraham and Jupiter.)

There are 26 generations delineated in the Torah, and they averaged 91 years each.  Then from Moses (the 26th generation) on, we and according to chazal, he, lived 120 years each generation. This gives us an average of exactly 107 years over 54 generations to 5778, since 5778 = 54 x 107.

Now the 67 chapters represent 35.8% of 187, and 358 is the numerical value of Moshiach, the Messiah, who is to be manifest in 5778 (2018 CE).

All that said, the 2 digits of  the 67 chapters are on the level of Zeir Anpin and 67 is Binah. Meanwhile the Arizal tells us that 120 represents the 120 permutations of the 5 letters in Elohim (ELHYM), the Name of G-d at the level of Malchut. Therefore, the 187 chapters stretch from Binah to Malchut, which is Zeir Anpin .

Thus the 5 dimensions of the Torah:

5:Letters: Zeir Anpin of Keter

4:Words: Yesod of Chochma

3:Verses: Zeir Anpin of Binah

2:Paragraphs: Binah of Da’at

1:Chapters: Zeir Anpin

And when we read he Torah, the table it sits on is Malchut, where we then see all 5 dimensions all together as One: Keter, Chochma, Binah, Da’at and Zeir Anpin brought down to our level.

Did you notice that the smaller the individual Torah element (the individual letters being the smallest and the chapters the greatest) the higher the sefirot (dimension) it connects to. It’s just like the tip of Yud in the YHVH. The adage less is more is very ancient.

5778(2018 CE) is almost here, isn’t it time we rise up to the Torah’s level and see its infinite multi-dimensional beauty.

When we are in sync with the luminous 5 dimensions of the Torah we are in another state of mind and being.  We go from viewing the world as 3-dimensional objects and 2-dimensional words on vellum to viewing it as a 4-dimensional hypercubes (Tesseracts). These have 32 edges, just like the 32 Paths of Wisdom that form the Tree-of-life, all of them connecting various wondrous gateways of limitlessness.

Moreover, those 80,000 words in Yesod of Chochma are divided into exactly 1024 word values, which is precisely 32 x 32, thus expanding the Torah’s dimensionality even further into a full 5-dimensional hypercube or Penteract. It has 32 vertices and 80 edges and 80 faces. The Zohar and sages of blessed memory say the Torah has 70 faces, and with the 10 sefirot there are 80, completing its 5th dimensionality.

The image is a little hard to fathom, but it’s only a projection, nothing like being able to access those dimensions.  everything we see in our world is nothing more than illusory projections of higher dimensions on the walls we’ve built up around us, and on the ceiling we’ve built for ourselves.

If you were to shine a flashlight above a cube onto the wall, you’d see a square. That’s what we’ve done to ourselves, accepted the square as the end-all.

And with 248 columns and 42 rows per column we add two more dimensions to the Torah dimensionality, two more aspects of Zeir Anpin, which when added to the words, letters, and verses in the Torah give us a total of 401273 Torah elements, which work out to exactly 248,000 X Phi, the primordial mathematical constant of value 1.61803399… that controls the natural spiraling growth in the universe, from the petals on a flower to the arms of the Milky Way.

And while 248 is the numerical value of the Hebrew word for mercy, Abraham, and while 2480 is the numerical value of the Names of all 5 Books of the Torah, when you start from One and spiral outward 18 times, or Phi18, we get exactly 5778.000. And by the way the square root of 18 is 4.2426 or 424, Moshiach Ben David with 26, YHVH. Just step outside the square.

Isn’t it time we explored the Torah’s higher dimensionality. Isn’t it time we left the world of limitation, Malchut behind, and prepared for the Tree-of-life reality.

The Power of the Shema Israel, Part I

The deeper the secrets, the more important they are. The Shema Israel prayer is the most well known and widely recited Jewish prayer, yet most people recite it without a clue to its many secrets.  When I completed The Genesis Prayer on the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name), my teacher advised me to write about the Shema, but I never did get around to it, besides a lengthy comment here and there in the blog, so here is part I in a series about the Shema, which we will, bli neder, complete over time.

Today, I’d like to reveal a few secrets about the initial 6 word refrain that begins the prayer in order to give us all the kavanot (or directed consciousness) when we do recite it, and to reveal why it is recited so often.

But first, I’ll let Aisha Torah give a brief introduction, and by all means please read the rest of their article on the Shema Yisrael — “Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One” — is perhaps the most famous of all Jewish sayings.

“The Shema is a declaration of faith, a pledge of allegiance to One God. It is said upon arising in the morning and upon going to sleep at night. It is said when praising God and when beseeching Him. It is the first prayer that a Jewish child is taught to say. It is the last words a Jew says prior to death.

“The Talmud says that when Jacob was about to reveal the end of days to his children, he was concerned that one of them might be a non-believer. His sons reassured him immediately and cried out, “Shema Yisrael.”

“The Torah records Moses including the Shema in his farewell address to the Jewish people.

“We recite Shema when preparing to read the Torah on Sabbaths and festivals. And we recite Shema at the end of the holiest day of Yom Kippur when we reach the level of angels.

“Shema is contained in the mezuzah we affix to the doorpost of our home, and in the tefillin that we bind to our arm and head.”

Now, as for those six words:

Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One

As you may have noticed there is a large letter Ayin and Dalet in the first and last of the 6 words, which should have made all of us take notice of these 2 words in particular, but as my teacher’s teacher often said, what is least noticed is most important.

The first and last word of the famous verse, the words with enlarged final letters, Shema – Echad (ShMA – EchD), connect to Moshiach Ben David as will be explained shortly, and the enlarged letters, Ayin and Dalet, spell “witness” as the sages have told us, but they also have the numerical values 70 and 4 respectively.

The significance of this lies in the Zohar’s explanation of the coming of Moshiach and the end of the 4th exile at the end of the 70 years. And 70 years from Israel’s statehood in 1948 is also the end of the 4th exile that began 1948 years earlier in 70 CE with the destruction of the Second Holy Temple, giving us 2018 (5778 HC), the date Rav Yehuda Halevi Ashlag also gave us.  Pay close attention to what the verse says:

Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One.

And pay close attention to where the verse is found: (Deuteronomy) Devarim 6:4 because the ordinal value of the name Israel (YShREL) is also 64. The verse is all about Israel.

The Shema is about Israel

We will save the real meaning of the word AD produced by these 2 large letters (Ayin and Dalet) for another article we’re preparing that deals with the final redemption and concentrate instead on the two words themselves today.

The first word is Shema (ShMA), of numerical value 410, the same as the word Kadosh, Holy) and the last word is Echad (EChD) of numerical value 13, the same as the word Ahava (love) and connected to the 13 attributes of G-d. So together we can take them to mean, “Hear One,” as in one voice, or “Hear Love” or “Holy One” or even, “Holy Love.” Nevertheless and regardless of how we take them, they add up together, including the kolel of 1, to 424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David, the Messiah.

The Shema Israel comes from the Torah (Devarim 6:4) and all the technology of the Torah is designed to help us bring about Moshiach consciousness and prepare is to receive the Tree-of-Life reality when the window of opportunity (gates) opens in the next few years, which is why it is so important we understand what we are praying and why my teacher wanted me to reveal this now.

But don’t forget that we have to play our part too.  Being aware of the encoded technology is very important, but keeping our thoughts pure and focused on the elevation, on the unification and Oneness with G-d (YHVH), and on the divine and unconditional love is even more important.

The Divine Metaphor; Nuclear Fusion and the Bible.

The Zohar tells us 600,000 angels accompanied the 70 Israelites (Jacob’s family) into Egypt, and in our last article (on parsha VaYigash) we also learned from the Zohar that the chariot Joseph harnessed and rode to greet his father was of angelic (divine) origin, the same one that appeared in Ezekiel’s famous vision. In a few weeks (17 chapters or 50 paragraphs, from now), we’ll read in the Torah (parsha BeShalach) how Pharaoh sent 600 chariots chasing after the 600,000 Israelites, who had just used the 70 Angels (Triplets, Names) to split and cross the Sea of Reeds.

Let’s take a moment to examine all that.

We know that 17 is the numerical value of Tov (good) and always implies this when designated specifically in the Torah, such as Joseph’s age when he was sold by his brothers and such as the 17 good years Jacob lived in Egypt (Goshen). We also know that 50, or an interval of 50, always refers to the 50 Gates of Binah and in turn to the 50-year jubilee period.

So it can be easily inferred that this period from the entrance of Jacob and his 70 family members with their 600,000 escorting angles to their 600,000 descendants exit 210 years later was a good thing and that it relates to Binah and the jubilee counting system. And indeed, we know from the Zohar that they did overcome the negativity of Egypt and reach the 50th Gate of Binah at Mt Sinai, 210 years later. Moreover, those 210 years were exactly 4.2 jubilee years, a reference to the al-important 42-Letter Name of G-d.

This is very important to the understanding of why the Israelites were in Egypt, why we’re still in exile, and when we’re coming out of exile.

Let us note further that exactly 44 jubilee years passed from Adam to Joseph’s birth (2200 years) and the first and essence of the 10 Plagues was in Hebrew dam (DM), meaning blood, of numerical value 44, like the blood Joseph’s brothers spread on his coat that they showed Jacob.

Nevertheless, according to the Zohar, the Israelites were in Egypt for one main purpose, to recuperate the holy sparks scattered there at the shattering of the 10 disconnected vessels (sefirot/dimensions) that existed prior to the Creation of the Tree-of-life.  And so as the expanded from 70 to 600,000 they physically absorbed those sparks 600,000 and the 70 angles. Meanwhile, the 600,000 protecting angels went from 8571.428 angels per Israelite to 1, and the Sea of Reeds was in front of them and Pharaoh’s 600 chariots behind them.

In order to overcome their situation, the Israelites were forced to band together, unify, conjoin their 600,000 angels and concentrate their energy through the 70 Names.  Theses 70 Names are also called today the 72 Names, as they are comprised of the 216 letters derived from the 3 consecutive 72-letter verses in BeShalach, but of the 72 Triplets there are only 70 unique Names as emphasized by the Zohar and as we can see for ourselves.

There is to this day still only 600,000 Israelite soul roots that originated from the 70 family members, the 12 sons of Jacob, the 3 Patriarchs and Adam, and we may have to reunite once again to end this exile as our ancestors did in the first. After all, it took Ester, Morchachai and Ezra to unite our ancestors trapped in Babylon to end their 70 years of exile as well.  It stands to reason, unity amongst our souls is key.

Let’s set that aside for the moment and take a closer look at those 70 Israelites. Interestingly enough, there are an awful lot of 7’s in this story. Jacob “began his journey” by leaving Beer Sheba, the 7th Well.  He then worked 7 years for Leah, 7 years for Rachel, and 7 years for himself. Then there was Pharaoh’s dream of 7 cows emerging from the reeds, 7 more emaciated cows, 7 ears of corn, 7 more shriveled ears of corn, which were translated by Joseph to 7 good years and 7 fallow years. Jacob worked 7 years for Leah, 7 years for Rachel, and 7 years for himself.

Then on the way to Goshen, Jacob, now called Israel, “began his journey” and stopped back at Beer Sheba, the 7th Well, where God spoke to him in a night vision, very similar to the prior time when he had just left Beer Sheba and had his famous vision of the angels racing up and down the ladder. When G-d reiterates his Covenant with Jacob that He had made with Abraham and Isaac, the Torah tells us Jacob set out from Beer Sheba, “the 7th well”.

Next the Torah describes the make-up of the 70 family members and we find out that 7 are directly from Rachel, 14 from Rachel’s handmaiden, making 21 indirectly from Rachel in total, or 3 times 7. And the other 49 family members were from Leah and her handmaiden (33 and 16 respectively), or 7 times 7. We have 1 x 7 + 2 x 7 + 7 x 7 = 70.

Yup! That’s a lot of 7’s. Could it be possible that the life and journey of Jacob was about establishing Zeir Anpin, the trunk of the tree-of-Life, comprised of the 7 lower sefirot (dimensions) and their 10 sub-dimensions each, or 70? Even the 16 offspring from Leah’s handmaiden corresponded to the 16 times Beer-Sheba (the 7th Well) is mentioned in the Torah and their 49 members are almost split in a 70/30 ratio.

Nevertheless, when we apply the ration 8571.428 angels per family member, it works out to exactly 180,000 angels for Rachel’s camp and 420,000 for Leah’s camp, very interesting round numbers, especially considering that the square root of 180,000 angels is 424.26, with 424 being the numerical value if Moshiach Ben David and 26 of the Tetragrammaton (26).

Nevertheless, back to the 8571.428 angels/person. If those angels were assigned to guard the 12 directions, as explained by the Zohar (think of the edges of a cube), and each of those groups (714.28 angels) were to be split up to guard the right, left, and central columns of their particular direction, then there would be 238.095… per group. Yet another interesting number, considering that 238 is the numerical value of Rachel, and also that 1/42 = .0238095.

And yes, 238.095… is also the atomic weight of Uranium238.

Moreover, the Atomic number of Uranium238 is 92 because it has 92 Protons in its’ nucleus and also 92 electrons circling it. Since Joseph was born in 2200 HC, Jacob was 92 at his birth. And of course, the numerical value of Rachel, his beloved, and Joseph’s mother is 238.

Smelling something fishy? What about the fact that 2200 HC is the year 1560 BCE in the Gregorian calendar and the numerical value of Joseph is 156. Is this all a big Divine metaphor?

So what’s the power here? Nuclear? Nuclear Fusion? Is that the power behind the conjoining of our souls.

Mathematically, what went on here? Following the instructions of the Arizal, we simply took 600,000 and divided it by 70 and then again by 12 and again by 3, mimicking the soul route of the Israelites from Adam to the 3 Patriarchs to the 12 sons (tribes) to the 70 family members, or 600,000/2520. And what is 2520, but the year of the Exodus and revelation at Sinai, 2448, plus 72, as in the 72 Triplets (Names that were utilized to effect the final fusion.

(2448 +72) = 2520

Therefore

600,000/(2448 + 72) = 238.095 = Uranium238.

So why was Joseph’s family split into Rachel’s camp of 21 and Leah’s camp of 49? It’s because 21/49 = 3/7 = .428 and that forms the relationship of the upper 3 sefirot (dimensions) with the lower 7 sefirot. In other words, it mimics the Tree-of-Life and it was planned that the Israelites would spread along the branches of that tree.  kabbalistically, Leah is always representative of he upper levels, and Rachel of the lower ones, Malchut, but this is not what the Torah is showing us here.  Except that the Zohar confirms that Leah’s children are the real malchut, while Joseph was of Yesod of the upper worlds.

Creation by Design; Renewed Every year.

As we complete the 22 days of the holidays and reestablish the relationship between the Zeir Anpin and Malchut (Heaven and Earth so to speak) for another year, we read once again the story of Creation. Before even finishing the holiday, just after we finish the 7th hakifot (encircling) with the lulov and doing the 7 hakifot with the Torah, both associated with Zeir Anpin, we read the first 32 verses of Creation, the verses that establish the 7 days of Creation.  This is of design, not convenience.

The 32 verses of Creation, as well established by Chazal, connect to the 32 Paths of Wisdom, the Tree-of-Life. And as we explained in a previous post, similarly the ordinal value of the word Lulov, which is 32, does as well, and moreover, they both connect to the Alter at the center of the Third Temple, which measures 32 x 32 cubits.

What was not previously explained was that the 6 verses in which each of the first 6 days were completed in, thus establishing the 6 sefirot (dimensions) of Zeir Anpin, are the verses #5, 8, 13, 19, 23, and 31 of the Torah’s first chapter. The numbers 5 + 8 +13 + 19+ 23 + 31 = 99 and in the 1st verse of the 2nd chapter G-d completed Creating Heavean and Earth, plus 99 + 1 = 100, a level of perfection kabbalistically speaking, but also the square of 10 (sefirot) and the complete value of the word Lulov, (68 + 32 = 100), and also the measure of the inner courtyard surrounding the Alter at the center of the Future Holy Temple, 100 x 100 cubits.

This also corresponds to the sum of the ordinal values of the first 10 letters of the Torah (BREShYT BRE E) “In the beginning was created Alef:” 2+20+1+21+10+22+2+2+1+1 = 100, once again perfection and the square of the 10 sefirot.  And it should be noted that teh composite value of the letter Alef is 32, which is why it’s associated with the Tree-of-life.

As we said, when we complete the 7th day, Malchut, firmly establishing the 7 sefirot and 7 days of Creation in the 1st verse of the 2nd chapter, we have a total value of the verses as 100 which corresponds to the 100 blowings of the shofar on Rosh Hashannah that began the Holiday process 22 days ago.

This is all by design to reestablish our connection to the Tree-of-Life EVERY year, every year through the period of the Third Temple, which according to the prophecy of the tzaddikim should happen in about 7 years from now (around 5778).

Please note that 5778 is 66.6 jubilee years from the reception of the Torah at Sinai in 2448, and we mention this because as was explained in book The Genesis Prayer the number 5913 is also derived from a beautiful equation based on the 7 days of Creation and the kabbalistic principal that energy is never lost.

Before we get into the equation please note that in the 6 days of Creation there are 66 times the letter combination for the word “sea” appears (YM) of numerical value 50, the same as the length of the jubilee year, 50 years.  According to chazal, whenever we see the combination (YM) as in Elohim (ELHYM) it represents the sefira of Binah (understanding).

And as for Elohim (ELHYM) it is found 32 times in those same verses of the 6 Days of Creation. Whether it’s the lulov, or the Torah or the Alter in the Future Holy Temple, we’re tapping into the Tree-of-Life , and drawing the light (energy) from Binah through the 6 dimensions of Zeir Anpin into the 7th, Malchut, the world of matter and limitation.

Abraham, the Patriarch, taught us in his Sefer Yetzirah several thousand years ago that 7 factorial is 7 x 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 5040, and when we apply that to 6 factorial and again for each of the 7 days of Creation and then add them together, we get (5040 + 720 + 120 + 24 + 6+ 2 + 1) = 5913 and even more significant, we know that the 10 Commandments and thus the 2nd opportunity of the Tree-of-Life reality was received on Shavuot 2448, or the exact Western date 5/9/1313 BCE (some say 5/9/1312 BCE, but it’s still 5/9/13).

Of further note is that 7 factorial and 6 factorial together total 5760 and (5 and 4 factorial) = 144 and (5 and 4 and 3 and 1 factorial = 151.  So, while 5760 is the year 2000 CE, the spiritual cleaning bath, or mikve has the numerical value of 151 (same as the higher name of G-d, Ehyeh) and it contains 40 seah each of 144 eggs, for a total volume of 5760 eggs, as prescribed by chazal.  It was based on this calculation for the mikve and divine inspiration that Rav Abraham Azulai of blessed memory, prophesied that the  Geula/Moshiach  process would begin in 5760 (2000 CE) and this period of Oy and Ashray could conceivably last for the 18 years until 5778 as fits the other prophecies, especially since the square root of 18 is 4.24, the numerical value of Moshiach Ben David.
