All light emanates from the letter Yud(Y).The first line of the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name) has the numerical value 506, and since the 42-Letter Name of G-d is divided into 14 triplets and there are 506 occurrences of these triplets in the Torah (see The Genesis Prayer), it would appear this is no coincidence.
We’ve mentioned repeatedly that we know from the sages that 506 is the numerical value of “Ahavat Chinam,” unconditional love. And as Zion just pointed on in his comment on our last article that 22 x 23 = 506. What he left unsaid, but is well aware, is that 22 represents the 22 letters (energy bundles) of the alef-bet and 23 is the numerical value of ray (TzYV) or radiation, as in the light of the Shechina. Thus 506 is also the radiation of the 22 letters or energy building blocks that Abraham Avinu tells us in his Sefer Yetzira that the universe is constructed with.
Moreover, the complete numerical value, including the kolel, for radiation of the Shechina (TzYV H’ShCYNH)is 424, the same as that of Mashiach Ben David (the Messiah). Keep in mind that the tzaddikim have told us that it is the understanding of the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name) that will help bring about the Geula (final redemption) and the Moshiach.
What does this have to do with the letter Yud(Y) and the essence of 10?
Let’s follow the trail of light. According to the Zohar, Peace (Shalom) is the vessel for everything. So far so good; on a simple level, without peace in a marriage or a nation, there is no vessel for holding wealth, health, happiness, fulfillment, in a word, light.
Now let’s take it a step further. The complete numerical value (standard plus ordinal) of Shalom (ShLVM) is 376 + 52 – 4 (kolel for the 4 letters) = 424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David (the Messiah) again. So far so good again; the completion of the vessel of Peace leads to the Mashiach (Messiah).
So what does the Moshiach lead to?
So now, let’s take the complete numerical value of Mashiach Ben David (MShYCh Bn DVD) and see that it is 424 + 82 = 506. Thus the presence of the Moshiach leads to unconditional love and the full emanation of the radiation of the Shechina through the 22 letters of the Alef-Bet, in other words, the revelation of the Tree-of-Life reality that is defined by the 10 sefirot (dimensions) and the 22 paths that connect them. The difference between that reality and ours is that we operate in the lowest level of that existence and perceive everything as finite and limited, while in the time of the Moshiach, our perception will open to comprehend the infinite, and we’ll realize there are no limitations, physical or spiritual.
By the way Shalom and Mashiach have the same ordinal value, 52, tying them both spiritually to the emanation of manifestation, known as Ban(52), or Malchut. Meaning that to achieve that ultimate Tree-of-life reality, the vessel for Peace and the establishment of the Moshiach will have to start with our work on the physical plane.
But what of the letter Yud(Y)?
The letter Yud(Y) of numerical value 10 is the first letter of the Tetragrammaton, the ineffable Name of G-d (YHVH) and is always associated with the sefira of Wisdom, Chochma. We’ve previously discussed its associations with the 10 Commandments (Utterances), 10 Plagues, the 10 generations of Adam, the 10 Songs, which are all just manifestations of the 10 sefirot (dimensions) of the Tree-of-Life. Indeed, all our mathematics is based on the base-10 decimal system, an those 10 dimensions that the Ancient Kabbalists wrote about are the same 10 dimensions that modern physicists swear comprise the greater structure of the universe.
Nevertheless, the letter Yud (Y) is spelled YVD, of numerical value 20 and when we spell out those letters yet again, forming the 3rd iteration of the letter Yud, they add up to (10+20+476) = 506.
Y
YVD
YVD VYV DLT
OK, we know from the tzaddikim and the Zohar and from the modern mathematicians and physicists that the 10 sefirot (dimensions) expand by the power of 10: 10-100-1000… So considering what we’ve just learned, as the light(energy) of the letter (Y) expands exponentially from 1 to 1000 (Keter) it equates to 506, which is equivalent to the full emanation of all 22 letters and to the emanation of unconditional love and to the manifestation of Mashiach Ben David.
There are 13 letters in this 3-part expansion and 13 is the numerical value of Ahava (love) and Echad (one), as in “G-d is One.” It is not a coincidence that the letter Yud (Y) is the first letter of G-d’s name (YHVH), as the entire name emanates from the letter Yud(Y), and note that this full emanation totals 42 letters in its 3 iterations, forming the Upper 42-Letter Name of G-d.
But back to the simpler expansion of the letter Yud (Y), which totaled 506 numerically. The ordinal value of the 13 letters in the 3 iterations of the letter Yud(Y) is 110, as in the numerical value of Nes (NS, meaning miracles), and as in 10 for each 11 sefirot in the complete Tree-of-life (including Da’at), which incidentally is spelled out in 42 letters. Thus the complete value of the 3 iterations of the letter Yud(Y), is 616, the exact numerical value of H’TVRH, “The Torah,” and also 616 is the number of times the exact name Moses (MShH) is written in the Torah.
So what’s in a letter?
From now on every time you see the letter Yud(Y), especially in the Torah and especially in the Name of G-d (YHVH) you should see the full manifestation of its energy, its radiation, until it encapsulates you and the world and brings about the Moshiach, Unconditional Love, and the Tree-of-Life reality, B”H soon. The message here is that that energy (cosmic imprint) is ever present and only needs to be manifest. We can tap into it at any time.

Bravo! Kudos to Mordechai O. who picked up the the challenge and noticed a profound connection within the 5 core Torah elements that we’ve been discussing in our last two articles (It’s a Beautiful Thing, and Even More Beautiful). I noticed a much more coincidental one considering that the sum of all the digits in those 5 elements equals 109 and that is that we’ve just completed our 109th post.
187 chapters; 670 paragraphs; 304805 letters; 79976 words; 5845 verses
Yes, that too is unplanned destiny, but what Modrechai recalled from one of our much earlier posts is of real significance: It’s that 109 is the gematria of “David H’Melech,” King David.
That is even more significant considering that the midpoint from the 5778 years Adam to Moshiach is the midpoint in King David’s life (2889 HC) and that as Mordechai further pointed out, the sum of the digits in the 5 core quantitative elements divided by 5, in other words their average value, is 21.8, reminiscent of 2018, the year Hebrew year 5778.
What this also means is that the value of “David H’Melech” or 109 also marks the midpoint to 2018 (5778), and that the Divine Calendar was indeed designed into the overall structure of the Torah.
And indeed, following the pattern of halves that Mordechai unearthed for all of us, we find that the square root of the sum of the 5 total elements is 442.426.., or depending how we look at it 4 coupled with 424 (Moshiach Ben David) coupled with 26 with both 4 and 26 being the most basic and common representations of the 4 letters (YHVH) of the Tetragrammaton.
And lets not forget that G-d’s Covenant with Abraham in 2018 HC was called the Covenant of Halves.
There are many many more secrets in these numbers and much more light to be revealed through them, such as the 670 paragraphs divided by the 187 chapters give us an average of 3.5828… paragraphs/chapter with 358 being the numerical value of Mashiach (messiah) and 28 being one of the core/key Torah numbers as revealed in The Genesis Prayer and in Nothing is Random in the Universe. And as Mordechai also pointed out: 28 is the sum of the digits in 391,483, which is the sum of the 5 quantitative core Torah elements.
And as I just realized, 28 + 109, all the digits in the cosmic equation (187 chapters+ 670 paragraphs+304805 letters+ 79976 words+ 5845 verses = 391,483) totals 137, as in the numerical value of kabbalah, meaning “to receive.”
One other quick note to point out is that when in the previous article we separated the digits in the 5 elements into those that correspond to 5778 (5,7 and and all the others, which totaled 67 and 42 respectively, what we left out was that the square root of 67 x 42 is 53.0… and that 53 x 109 = 5777.
Also, in the previous article, we said the sum of the 5 elements divided by 67 (Binah) = 5843, or 2 less than the number of verses 5845, and we asked why are there 2 missing. We won’t answer that today, but we will point out that the sequence 5843 is the verse of the number of letters in the Torah: 304805 so quite obviously this was extremely intentional on the part of the creator, and all the energy of the Torah derives from Binah.
There are still tons of secrets cloaked within these numbers and a huge amount of light to be revealed, so give it a try, peel back some layers from yourself and the universe, and stare deep into the scaffolding that the Torah was built on, then share the light with the rest of us.

Have patience, the Zohar’s descriptions of the end times will be coming soon, and long before the end of days actually gets here, and they won’t really be an end to our days, but more like a beginning, if we’d only let G-d in.
We will soon be revealing the “Sword of Moses,” another tool concealed within the Torah, but one that will remain sheathed until the days of Moshiach draw nearer. Even so, we want to discuss the use of spiritual tools in general and Moses’ most powerful one.
Moses had all the tools of he universe and he knew all the secrets of creation, so why, when it came to healing his sister, did he chose to supplicate to G-d instead?
Moses understood, as it says in the Torah, Devarim 4:35 “..He is G-d; there is none else beside Him,” that by removing himself (his ego) Moses would open up all the possibilities of G-d to perform His miracles. He made the space for G-d to enter.
As explained in The Genesis Prayer, one of the reasons that the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name) works for us is that by using it and we’re admitting that we don’t control everything and that we need G-d’s help. Make the space for g-d to enter.
When Moses recited the 11-letter sequence El Na ReFa Na Lah (EL NE RGE NE LH), which happens to be embedded in the 42-Letter Sword of Moses, he pleaded with G-d twice to heal his sister, and in so doing he let G-d in, but he also gave us a path to follow.
It’s a doubly wonderful path because on it he gave us a powerful sequence for us to recite when we supplicate G-d to help someone who needs healing El Na ReFa Na Lah (EL NE RGE NE LH), and because it served as a model to emulate whenever we need help. This healing sequence, in case you’re not familiar with it, is sung as part of “Yedid Nefesh” at the 3rd meal of Shabbat, Saturday evening, a special time of goodwill.
Yes, we need to strive to make the most of our lives, to know the ways of Hashem as deeply as we can, and to transform our selfish reactive nature as best we can, but then we need to let go and to admit to ourselves that we are nothing. It’s then that we can receive everything, all the wondrous effects of the tree-of-life reality, life without limitations.
We all understand that we want to be one with G-d and the universe, one soul, but look around you; there are a billion other souls that you are barely connected to, if at all,. There are places in your town you will never visit, let alone on the planet, solar system, galaxy, universe, parallel universes, so how can we ever hope to be one with it all. It’s nearly impossible with our spouses, kids, siblings, and teachers.
We stand on this earth, look around ourselves, look off into space, into the endless universe and choose to become one with it by making ourselves bigger. We consciously, or subconsciously, think that we can become one with it by filling it up with ourselves, our desires, our knowledge, our importance, and our influence. That’s our ego, and some of us fill it much more than others, but still it’s a tiny drop in a huge bucket.
Now, let’s look at ourselves as Moses did, from the universe’s point of view. Look how small, inconsequential, we really are. Wouldn’t it be much simpler to reduce ourselves (shrink our egos) the rest of that very short way to nothing, and thus join the universe as one; after all we are so much closer in size to nothing than to everything.
Moses, knew that, the Baal Shem Tov and many other great tzaddikim knew that. That’s why miracles entered their lives and actions. Because they took their ego out of the picture and let the universe (G-d) do the work.
We’re not saying removing our ego is easy. It’s the hardest thing, but it’s still a lot easier than trying to be G-d. And what makes it so hard is our own inconsequential size within the universe; we want to hold onto that ego as a form of protection. That was the fig leafs that Adam grabbed for when he was deprived of the tree-of-life in Gan Eden and forced to live the tree-of-knowledge reality. Ego is much more than a drive to put our name on tall buildings-that at least is constructive ego-but it’s also ego when we cling to our secrets, when we don’t trust one another, when we want to be left alone, when we’re feeling guilty.
Ego is the clothes that Adam and Eve donned when the fiery sword blocked to path to the garden. We’ll unlock the mysteries of the sword, not because of our knowledge, but because that’s what G-d wants for us, but first, we must shed our clothes (metaphorically), our egos. It’s time to let G-d be G-d and to stop trying to block Him out of our lives.
When the Torah said, G’d made man in His image, it didn’t say He made clones. Think of a image as we know it today, it’s made of thousands of pixels. If we all play our roles as pixels, let the light guide us and shine through us, the image will appear, and the word for image (zelem) has the same gematria as that for tree (etz), as in the tree-of-life, which is what will appear once we get out of our own way.

We know from the Zohar, The Book of Splendor, that the construction of the Tabernacle, Mishkan, is connected to the act of Creation in the first verse of the Torah (Bible).
So let’s examine all that money (metal) collected to built the Tabernacle, Mishkan and see what shakes out.
…….Talents…Shekels
Gold ….29………730
Silver 100…….1775
Bronze 70 ……2400
……….199……4905
Now, it’s relatively easy to see that the 1775 shekels represent and are connected to the 27 letters of the Hebrew alphabet which have a total gematria value of 1775.
Moreover, the 70 talents of Bronze is most probably connected to the 70 Nations, the 70 years, etc, and also the 70 faces of the Torah. And even more so, since the square root of the 4905 shekels is 70.03571 and 3571 is exactly (5778/Phi), or precisely Phi17.
Now, let’s leave the 1775 Silver Shekels out of it for a second since they were for a special counting, and we have 29+100+70+730+2400 = 3329. And since the Torah makes a special point of telling us that the Mishkan was built in the 2nd year of the Exodus, (in 2449), we get 2449 + 3329 = 5778, the year prophesied by the tzaddikim for the arrival of H’Moshiach, the Messiah.
And since a talent = 3000 shekels, we see that there is an extra mixed talent of metal currency that can be separated from the shekels, leaving us with (4905 – 3000) = 1905 and giving us a total of 200 talents and 1905 shekels in all that was contributed to the building of the Tabernacle.
And since we’re looking at the Torah’s first verse, it’s interesting that the 27th letter is Resh (R), of numerical value 200, same as the 200 talents.
Genesis 1:1 BREShYT BRE ELHYM ET HShMYM VET HERZ
And if were to add the 28th letter, Zaddi (Z) of numerical value 90 to 4905, we’d get 90 + 4905 = 4995, which is the gematria sofit value of all 27 letters of the Hebrew Alphabet.
Genesis 1:1 BREShYT BRE ELHYM ET HShMYM VET HERZ
Obviously, the contributions of the Tabernacle are all about the letters (or the light/energy in them).
Is this reaching? You decide since the total value of the verse is 2701, which is equivalent to the sum of all the positive integers through 73, as in the 730 shekels of gold used to built the Tabernacle, and since the square root of 730 is 27.01….
What this also means is that the Torah’s first verse is based on a triangular number, the 73rd triangular number. And we know this isn’t a coincidence because not only is the sum of the first 8 words (33 letters) of the Torah also a triangular number (3003), the 77th in fact, but the 7 words of the Torah’s first verse are comprised of 28 letters and 28 is the 7th triangular number. (For more on this and for a better understanding of the Torah and G-d’s design, see The Genesis Prayer)
So knowing this, if we see which letters correspond to triangular numbers within this first verse, we get:
Genesis 1:1 BREShYT BRE ELHYM ET HShMYM VET HERZ
(BETEEMZ)
These correspond to the 7 triangular numbers: 1, 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, and 28, which collectively add up to 84, or 3 times 28, a sin the 3 metallic elements of the tabernacle, and as in Pad (redemption), the union of the upper and lower 42 Letter names.
And while the sum of the ordinal value of these 7 letters is 78 or 3 x 26, the gematria sofit sum of the 7 letters is 1905 again.
We discussed numerous times the connection between the brain’s natural rhythm/frequency (timing mechanism) of 54 beats per minute and its relationship to 5778 which is 54 x 107 = 5778 with the 107 triangular number being 5778, but we’ve recently learned that 54 is also the complete cycle of the 27 letters with its returning light of 27 letters (more on this soon in another article). And the standard gematria sum of the 7 triangular letters above is 535, which when multiplied with 54 x 2 or 27 x 4 = 57780, two cycles.
And we know that G-d, revealed by the 4 letter Tetragrammaton (YHVH) of numerical value 26 had a hand in in it. So why 1905?
At the age of 26, Albert Einstein experienced his year of miracles (annus mirablis in which he published 4 earth-shattering papers on the physics of the universe that changed the course of history and laid the foundations of quantum physics, introducing the special theory of relativity, explaining Brownian motion and proving the existence of atoms. And it was on 9/27/1905 on the 27th day of Elul that Einstein revealed the world’s most famous equation: E = Mc2
Energy = Mass X the speed of Light (c) squared
The Torah, Tabernacle, Creation, the 27 Letters, triangular numbers, Phi, the brain’s frequency (54 B/Min), the surface temperature of the Sun (5778 K) and a dream that revealed quantum physics. And what runs through them all: The Light of G-d.

Sometimes we forget what spirituality is all about…
Why are there 6 Days of Creation? Why are the 42 rows of the first column of the Torah (Bible) divided into 6 paragraphs, averaging 7 lines per paragraph?
Why are there 6 letters in the first word of the Torah, Bereshit, “In the beginning”?
Why was Moses’ name left out of 6 portions of the Torah after he appeared? And why do all but 6 columns of the Torah begin with the letter vav of numerical value 6? And why do 60% of the verses begin with the letter vav of numerical value 6?
Why did Pharaoh send 600 chariots after us?
According to the Zohar (Ki Thisa), Moses was “6“, Shesh (ShSh)of numerical value 600. He was Zeir Anpin (the bundled 6 sefirot/dimensions), the “6 extremities” that spread out in 6 directions: north, south, east, west, up and down. Like no one else, Moses was connected to da’at of Abba; he was our channel for everything.
Adam was Zeir Anpin as well, which is why the gematria of Adam is 45, that of the aspect of the Tetragrammaton (YHVH: MaH) that refers to Zeir Anpin. This is why the name Moshe (MShH) contains the letters Mem and Hey (MaH). This goes for Matzah (MZH) as well, but that’s a Pesach story.
Moses was our Channel
The verse “G-d spoke to Moses,” “V’Ydaber Adonai El Moshe…(VYDBR YHVH EL MShH)” is found 91 times in the Torah, and as discussed in previous blogs 91 is the value of the all-important unification of the YHVH with Adonai (YEHDVNHY), the connection between Zeir Anpin and the Shechina, (the female aspect of G-d that pertains to our world), the very connection that Moses makes for us, the bond between Heaven and Earth.
But what are we doing for ourselves?
“V’Ydaber Adonai El Moshe…” is the most numerous verse in the Torah, and the Torah is making this connection for us with Moses as our channel. All we need to do is listen to it with the right consciousness and understanding and 91 times during the year, 1 for every 4 days of the year, the window of unification opens for us, not to mention the multiple times a day this phrase is recited in the daily prayers.
There are 4 words in “Y’Ydaber Adonai El Moshe.” The last two “El Moshe” have the numerical value (376) of Shalom (peace) and the first two “V’Ydaber Adonai” (248) of rachem (mercy/grace). Together all 4 words (222 + 26 +31 +345) equal 624, and adding 1 for the kolel gives us 625, as in the highest dimension, H’Keter, “The crown,” and also as in the exact square root (625) of the total number of words, verses, and letters in the Torah (390,625).
“God spoke to Moses” is obviously a powerful phrase. It’s also the most numerous in the Torah. Why? Because G-d knew we needed the energy, and at the 10 Commandments (Utterances) we cried out for Moses to be our go between, missing an amazing opportunity as previously discussed to tap directly into the tree-of-life reality.
While the ordinal value of the first word “V’Ydaber” is 42, the last 3 words “Adonai El Moshe” add up to 402, and the sum of the ordinal and standard values of “El Moshe” alone add up to 428, which all makes perfect sense since the 42-Letter Name of G-d matrix is the unification of the 7 lower sefirot (dimensions) in the 6 extremities (6 x 7 = 42), all of which pertain to Moses in unison with the Shechinah, whose numerical value by the way is 390, as in the 390,625 total words, verses and letters in the Torah.
This is indeed a most powerful gift. But just as with children who receive too many gifts, we can get spoiled.
Most of us have forgotten what it’s all about. And we’re not just talking about the many gifts we highlight and reveal on this blog; we’re talking about the endless gifts all around us that so few actually appreciate.
With all the tools and knowledge available to us, sometimes we forget that our purpose is not to work on others, but on ourselves.
And most of us have forgotten how. We were happy to let Moses and other do the work for us. But just because they were doing their work doesn’t mean we needn’t do ours. On the contrary, they got to their exalted levels only by doing their work.
Ma’aser Bereshit
The Works of Creation
G-d created the world in 6 days. How did he do that? He reached within and worked on Himself for 6 days in 6 extremities in 6 directions. We need to emulate His actions. Everything we need to know occurred during those 6 days. Nevertheless, by the 7th day, the tree-of-life reality was fully established and G-d no longer had to work.
We must do as G-d did. Only when we control our lives can we control the universe around us, not the other way around. The tools and Names can help us, and the more we work on ourselves, the more effectively they do, but they can only get us out of jambs; they cannot change who we are, or even elevate us spiritually. We can only do that ourselves.
Who did G0d turn to to create the universe? To Himself. And so we too must look inward, search and purify our intentions in all 6 directions and work toward our goals. G-d did not rest until everything was done, day or night.
The Torah begins: “In the Beginning, G-d created heaven and earth.” “In the Beginning” seems to imply, that later, someone else created it. And so they did. We did, Man (adam) did. We created another universe. We were stripped naked and began creating it all over from scratch, imparting all our limitations on it each step of the way, comparing notes, and forcing our opinions on one another until we had a consensus reality that masked and confounded everything that G0d had created for us.
In Proportion
Biblically speaking and kabbalistically, 6 days is 6 years is 6 decades is 6 hundred years is 6 thousand years. The 10 dimensions (sefirot) fold into themselves in magnitudes of 10, so they are essentially the same.
The 7th day is a day of rest, the 7th year is a year of rest (a shmittah year).
Man creates for 6 decades, and in the 7th, at 70 years he rests. That is why King David lived for 70 years. And also why the exile in Babylonia lasted for 70 years, and also why there were all those other 70-year Biblical time frames highlighted in The Divine Calendar, and why while Moshiach (the Messiah) is supposed to arrive 70 years after Israel became a nation.
The 7th millennium is the time set aside for the tree-of life. As explained in previous blogs we missed the first window when 6 periods of 408 years had passed in 2448, when the 10 Commandments (Utterances) were given. Now, the next window opens when 6 periods of 1000 years have passed (less the 222 years or 6 x 37 time period that the Zohar tells us existed prior to Adam) in 5778. And by the way, “V’Ydaber” has the numerical value 222.
So what was G-d doing during those first 6 days; He was being Proactive.
When we’re proactive, constantly proactive, there’s no time for the dark side to engage and sidetrack us. All successful people have one thing in common they are proactive. Yes, that is “the secret.”
Proactivity = Creation
That is how we take control of our lives. When you are proactive it is you who are deciding your future, not someone else.
While not necessarily spiritual men, Donald Trump, Bill gates, Warren Buffet, Steven Jobs and Sam Walton didn’t wait around to react to the markets and to opportunities; they made their own. They were proactive. They went out to create things, about a trillion dollars worth of things. They are not G-d. They are not supermen. They are just men being proactive, and that’s just in only one area of their lives.
If they can do it, why not you?
You have so many more spiritual tools available to you than they did. Don’t let doubt get in your way. Being proactive means not allowing any time for doubts to creep in. Just do it and do it and do it. Be like G-d. Or if you want money, lots of it, be like Warren Buffet.
There are 6 extremities and creating financial wealth is only one extremity. It’s what you do with that wealth and how you treat people along the way that makes someone spiritual.
Obama didn’t become President by waiting around to be asked. He is the consummate proactive person. And while I don’t agree with much of what he’s doing, he has continued being proactive and nonstop in his actions so far while President, not leaving room for the darkness to distract and sidetrack him.
It’s only while I’m writing that I’m actually creating. If I stop and think and ponder and research for 5 weeks and then write for 5 hours, I’m still only creating for 5 hours.
Are you as proactive as you can be? In all areas of your life? In any area of your life? The answer is obviously no because we can always do more.
We spend much of lives trying to get through them and using the spiritual tools to patch up the messes we make for ourselves rather than taking control by being constantly proactive and not leaving ourselves anytime to screw things up by being reactive.
The true spiritual path is that of creator, not of receptor. And we can only create by doing, and we can only do by being proactive. Any moment that we are not proactive and moving ourselves forward, we are just playing cards with our spiritual opponent, and you know how that will turn out. He doesn’t lose.
Think about that: Any moment that you are not being proactive, you are opening yourself up to failure of one kind or another. In a single hour, in 60 minutes, any 60 minutes of the day, how many of those minutes were you proactive? And how many have gone by unused in your pursuits to fill the 6 extremities?
I can tell you for a fact that Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Donald Trump, Steven Jobs and Barack Obama didn’t waste many of those minutes. Because we can see their results.
And that’s the beauty of the system: Feedback, universal feedback. The universe shows us in no uncertain terms whether we’re being proactive or not. That’s why in Creation it says G-d looked at what he’d done that day and “God saw all that he had made, and behold, it was very good.” He worked non-stop day and night (proactively) and by measuring all his accomplishments that day He knew that he hadn’t wasted any time.
Yes, on our spiritual paths G-d (the universe, the Light) throws many obstacles our way, but if you’re proactive you’ll roll right through them, often without noticing, because He also throws many opportunities our way, and it’s only by being proactive that we can take advantage of those opportunities.
Take this article for instance, you can read it and wait for the next one, or you can immediately be proactive and send it and/or the link out to as many people as possible. We all know the benefit of sharing–that’s being proactive. And if you want to make sure you realize the maximum amount of benefit and spiritual good will from it, recite the Ana B’koach (42-letter Name, Shem Mem-Bet) while doing it. Why do you think the works of Creation are called Ma’aser Bereshit? Or that the Torah (Bible) is embedded with so many gifts based on the number 42 or on the Name itself?
As shown and explained in The Genesis Prayer, the 42-letter Name is what was used to create everything and every time we use it we tap into that energy; now all we have to do is couple it with our own creative (proactive) energy.
But don’t stop there. That will only take you a few minutes. Make the calls you need to make, do the actions you need to do to become fulfilled. Make yourself successful in every area of your life. The key is not to stop–you’ll find the energy will be exhilarating because the more proactive you are the more energy you draw into yourself to keep going. And don’t worry the universe has plenty of energy to share; most of the other 6 billion people on the planet are sitting around waiting for things to happen. Not that they aren’t working hard, but just not on themselves.
Now you know the Secret. You don’t need a book or a DVD. If you’re more comfortable sending in $12.95 or whatever, go ahead, we’ll turn around and use it to produce even more articles to benefit even more people because sitting back and thinking about it isn’t proactive.
Have you ever wondered why certain people in your congregation, organization, business, community, or school get all the attention, and most of the rest of us get ignored? Have you heard the term “have a big vessel?” It’s because people who are successful have already proven that they are proactive, and the leaders of your community want people near them that are proactive (the so-called big vessel people) because these people are proven commodities; they will proactively spread the message and the Light.
Having a big vessel is not about having a big suitcase to receive stuff in. Everyone’s bank account is the same size–it’s just a hollow digital space in a computer system. Having a big vessel means having the desire to get things accomplished, to move things forward; it means Being Proactive.
Any one of us can be another Sam Walton and build a trillion dollar company without any special education or training. The only thing stopping us is the amount of time we’re not being proactive.
Yes, certain people seem to have been born with an innate ability to be proactive and some of us find it much harder than others. That’s tikkun (karma) and that can be overcome. And those that overcome it, will soar much higher and faster. It may seem impossible until you just do it and then looking back you’ll see how easy it always was. Just reach out and make the next move. If we don’t, the universe will just back us further into the corner until we do, and things will only get tougher physically and psychologically.
We’ve all been proactive in some parts of our lives and at certain points in our lives, now we need to spread that strength and inner wisdom in all 6 directions. It may not be so easy to everyone, but do you really think that being like G-d should be?
Before, the sages and the tzaddikim, before Moses and Joseph and Abraham, before Noach and Adam, G-d was there alone, showing us the way. We had to look no further than the first 31 verses of the Torah, or even its first 42 letters.
And by the same token any one of us could bring Mashiach (the Messiah). It just depends on how much time we want to waste, or don’t want to waste.

The Book of Exodus in Hebrew is Shmot, Names, and that’s really all we need to know. In Shmot 14:15 G-d replies, “Why are you crying out to me? Mah Titzak Elai (MH TZAK ELY)?”
That’s what G-d replied to Moses and the Israelites when they stood at edge of the Endless Sea (Yam Sof) with the 600 Egyptian chariots at their backs. Not a very compassionate response, as would appear on the surface. Yet somehow Moses knew exactly what he was being told and what to do because moments later the sea split about and the Israelites were saved. So let’s see what G-d really said.
Mah Titzak Elai (MH TZAK ELY)?
To begin with the 4 letter word TZAK splits in two the Name ELHYM, Elohim, much as G-d split the Red Sea in two. All of a sudden, things are starting to make some sense, since Elohim is the Name of G-d that represents nature, or the natural cause and effect world where our actions cause a chain reaction of events and where once G-d sets things in motion, He doesn’t intervene, giving man the sense that he’s in control to a certain extent. This is the G-d that Pharaoh recognized, not YHVH or EHYH that Moses knew.
And certainly, Moses knew that the Mah in Mah Titzak Elai referred to the Tetragrammaton YHVH at the level of Mah, zeir anpin, and that this is the level the Israelites needed to be thinking in to outwit them.
And reinforcing that are the initials of Mah Titzak Elai (MH TZAK ELY) which spell Emet (EMT), truth, which is known to represent Torah, Tiferet (Zeir Anpin), and the 42 Letter Name, which begins with E (alef), ends in T (tav) an has 40 letters in between.
We know from the Zohar that Moses was given 173 keys to Heaven, and Heaven is Zeir Anpin and that the Shem Mem-Bet (42-Letter Name matrix) is both Zeir Anpin and can control it, and that the small gematria value of the 42 Letters is 173, so we know Moses knew all about the Name engraved on his staff and how to use all the letter combinations on it. So let’s look at that Name for a moment and see what Moses saw in his hands:
ZTY GBE
NTtSh ARK
ShCY DGN
GTZ RTtB
ANTt BKCh
KTzP LGY
TYZ VKSh
The very last column of the 42-letter matrix has all 4 letters of Titzak (TZAK) in it, and the full sofit value of this column is 2480, the same as the sum of the 5 Names of the 5 Books of Moses, or 10 x 248, the gematria value of Abraham and also of Rachum (compassion/mercy).
And the 3 letters not utilized, Shin (Sh), nun(N), and gimmel (G), the 3 letters of Goshen (GoshNah, GShNH), where the Israelites lived while in Egypt, and when we add 5 (corresponding to the letter hey, H) for the 5 letters in Elohim we get both the full name (GoshNah, GShNH) which as we’ve pointed out in a previous blog adds up to 358, Moshiach, and to the 4 letters on the Channukah dreidel.
But what Moses also saw as he looked at the first 2 lines in the 42 letter Names was:
ZTY GBE
NTtSh ARK
He saw the word TZAK spelled out before him with an added Resh (R) in between. And he knew not only knew that Resh (R) has the numerical value of 200, as in the simple progressive iteration of the Name Elohim (E, EL, ELH, ELHY, ELHYM), but there were 9 letters in G-d question Mah Titzak Alai? And there are 9 letters through EBG YTZ KRA, with the remaining 5 letters adding up to 216 as in the 216 letters of the 72 Names (triplets) that were also engraved on Moses’ staff and that according to the Zohar he called upon to help split the endless sea.
Before we explore what else Moses saw in G-d’s words, we should note that we can be sure Moses made these self-same connections because according to the Arizal, the 4th plague, the horde (Arov) corresponding to the sefira of Netzach (Victory) has the numerical value of 272 and is similarly broken down to the same iteration of Elohim (200) and to 72, in order to overcome the evil at that level.
And that it is no coincidence that the 72 Names (triplets) are derived from combining the three 72 letter consecutive verses found 4 verses after G-d’s reply to Moses in Exodus 14:19-21 or that 14+14+14 = 42 either. Or that these are the very 3 verses that describe the actual splitting.
Nevertheless, Moses, who insisted Joseph’s bones be at his side would have also known that through the end of the Book of Genesis the Name Elohim was mentioned 156 times, corresponding to the numerical value of Joseph, leaving 72 more times through the end of the Torah, including 42 times between Genesis and Deuteronomy, the Book he scribed himself, for a total of 228 times, corresponding to the numerical value of Etz Chaim, the Tree-of-Life, and of baruch, blessed.
So there we have 3 of the 4 elements Moses used to split the sea all neatly laid out for him by G-d, just as it is today for us: Joseph bones (or righteousness), the 72 Names and the 42-Letter Name. And the 4th element is also hidden within this Elohim schematic.
Since the 42 Elohims are contained within the 72 Elohims after Genesis and Joseph, we are not only left with 30 in Deuteronomy (Mose’s portion so to speak), but we’re given a hint to look within the 72 Names for the Mem-Bet (42-Letter Name).
And sure enough 5 (corresponding to the 5 letters of Elohim) of the 72 Names contain the letters Mem-Bet (MB): the 14th, MBH; the 55th, MBH; the 61st, VMB; the 65th, DMB; and the 70th, YBM. And this tells us a lot.
The value of the 5 names together is 240, that of Amelak (the endless scourge of the Jews) and the numerical value of the word doubt, which is exactly what the Israelites needed to overcome to reality the state of the tree-of-life reality necessary to split the sea. The 4th element was certainty. Not only did they, and do we, need the tools and the knowledge how to use them, but the certainty that they will work for us, that the Red Seas and obstacles in our lives are just illusions waiting for us to see beyond.
Moreover, the 5 letters in the 5 Names MBH, MBH, VMB, DMB; and YBM that were included with the MB’s, spelled YHVDH (Yehuda) of numerical value 30, as in the 30 times Elohim is mentioned in the 5th Book, the Book associated with the sefira (dimension) of malchut (kingdom) and manifestation, and the 42 times the simple name YHVDH (Yehuda), also associated with Malchut and manifestation, appears in the Torah.
So when G-d answered him “Don’t cry out to me” He was telling Moses that you have all the tools in your hands to do it yourself and Moses knew what he needed to do to manifest the tree-of-life reality and split the endless sea when he followed G-d Subsequent instruction to stretch out his staff over the sea.
And if we could see all that Moses saw, we’d also see that he knew he could use the first 9 letters of the 42-letter (Shem Mem-Bet, Ana B’koach) in a novel way (as illustrated and explained in depth in The Genesis Prayer) to create that split by dividing the number 9 by the small gematria version of those 9 letters = 9/.123049027 = 73.141595779 = 70 + PI (the mathematical constant that defines the physical structure of the 3 dimensions, by bending straight lines into circles), with the number 70 corresponding to the 70 branches of the tree-of-life.
And if you think this is preposterous, you really need to read There’s Nothing Random about the Universe; but nevertheless, note that the 5 location of those 5 Mem-Bet Names within the 72 Names (14, 55, 61, 65 and 70) add up to 265, which, as described in that book and in The Divine Calendar, is the 3rd triplet in Pi: 314159265358; the 4th triplet being 358, Mashiach; the 1st being 314, Shadai, the 2nd being the small gematria value of the 42-letters of the upper 42-Letter Name. Moreover, the sum of the two middle triplets is 159+265=424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David.
And as you ponder the endless sea (Ym Sof) that begins with 3.1415..keep in mind the 3 verses of 72 letters and that G-d’s encrypted reply to Moses and the Israelites was found in Shmot 14:15.
And the 5 Names within the 72 tie into Joseph’s bones as well.
If we multiply the numerical values of each of the 5 Mem-Bet Names within the 72 Names by their ordinal location within the 72 Names and take the square root of their sum, we get 113.1415… = 110 + Pi, in other words a reference to the 110 years of Joseph’s Life and the mathematical constant Pi again, and actually to G-d’s powerful 3 words at Shmot 14:15.

Moreover, the sum of those 5 names with their ordinal place within the 72 Names was 240+265 = 505, the numerical value of Sarah, the Matriarch, which Moses knew and which we’ve previously have shown in other blogs to be connected to H’Moshiach (the Messiah).
And Moses saw himself. The numerical value of those 5 Names is 240 and their ordinal value of the 15 letters in the 5 Names is 105, so that 240 + 105 = 345, the numerical value of the Name Moses (Moshe, MShH), the same as the 5th of the 72 names, MHSh.
The 5 names are the 5 pronged crown of the 72, containing the 5 Mem-Bets and within Yehuda (YHDVH), the Tetragrammaton (YHVH). And from Yehuda descended King David (David H’Melech) and thus Mashiach Ben David, whose arrival we hope to bring about through the proper understanding of these Names and the splitting of our own Red Seas.
In Shmot 15:6 during the “Song of the Sea” and alluding to Joseph of numerical value 156, it says “Your right, Hashem, is glorious in power; Your right hand, Hashem, has dashed the enemy in pieces.” The Zohar explains that the hand refers to the 5 fingers/sefirot (Chesed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach and Hod) and Joseph corresponds to Yesod, completing the 6 sefirot/dimensions of Zeir Anpin, hinted at in the phrase Ma Titzak Elai (Why are you crying our to me?)
But, hey, that’s just what Moses saw, why should we want to see the same thing?
Because when we find ourselves crying out to Heaven and to G-d, and he answers us “Why are you crying out to me?” we’d better be ready to understand all the wisdom and love that he’s packed into that answer for us. Otherwise, we’ll be stuck between the Egyptians and the sea.
G-d wasn’t just talking to Moses, or his generation. He was talking to us. It’s time we carefully learn about the tools and build up our certainty. We’re going to need them.
If you examine the 72 Names array of 8 columns and 9 rows carefully you’ll see that there are only two Names that contain side by side triple crowns (tagins), one is at column 5, row 7, and the other at column 7, row 8: 577, yet another on hundreds of connections to the year 5778 that the tzaddikim prophesied for the arrival of Mashiach, 66.6 jubilee (Biblical 50-year interval) years after the splitting of the Red Sea in 2448.
Today, we are in the year 2009 CE, 5769 HC, with 9 years to go you do the math, especially since the numerical sum of those 4 letters in Titzak (TZAK)
plus 5 for the 5 other letters that spelled Elohim and 1 for the kolel = 666.
Also, for what it’s worth the sum of the gematria atbash values for the 9 letters is 577 as in 5778.

The numerical value of Mashiach Ben David is 424 and the ordinal value of the letters in Mashiach Ben David (MShYCh BN DVD) is 82 therefore the complete numerical value for Mashiach Ben David is 506, which is not only the numerical value of Ahavatchinam (unconditional love) but is the numerical value of the first line of the the 42-Letter Name (the Ana B’koach) which we know from chazal bring us miracles and is directly associated with bringing about the geula (the final redemption).
The value 506 is also found in 3 sequential groupings amongst the last 7 letters (KShKVZYT. KShKVZYT.KShKVZYT) of the 42.
And 506 is also the exact number of Torah occurrences if the 14 sets of triplets within the 42-Letter Name.
Moreover, while there are 426 phrases in the Torah that have a numerical value of 506, there are 387 of the them within individual verses. And while 426 is close enough to 424 to draw a connection, 387 is the exact numerical value of the 3rd line (NGD YCSh) of the 42-Letter Name. And the location of the first phrase to total 506 is Genesis 3:14, :YhVH Elohim El H”NChSh” which because the final word has the same numerical value as H’Mashiach, the phrase can read, “The Lord G-d [said] to the Messiah.”
The number 314, the mathematical constant Pi is integral to the design of both the Torah’s first verse and independently the 42-letter name. One example is found when we divide the number 9 by the small gematria of first line of the Ana B’koach (ABGYTZ), which has a value of 506 in regular gematria, since 9/.123049 = 73.141593, extraordinarily close to Pi 3.14159265358.
And while this is amazing, we further connect the dots with the 3rd verse of the Ana B’koach (NGD YCSh) that permutes to (ShDY CNG), which is Shaddai (314) and 73, the value of Chochma (wisdom) the 9th sefira (dimension) as in 9/.123049 = 73.141593 once again. Shaddai (ShDY) is the Name of G-d found on every Mazuza and it helps protect our gateways, of which the Ana B’koach has 173., corresponding not only to its small gematria but to what the Zohar explains are the 173 keys of Moses.
Now, as we explain in much greater detail in There’s Nothing Random in the Universe, a cursory examination of the first 12 digits of Pi 3.14159265358 reveals 4 obvious sequnces, when broken down into triplets, 314, 159, 265, and 358. 314 is Shadai, placed right in the gateway; 159 is the small gematria value of the upper 42-Letter Name of G0d; 265, is he combination of the Tetragrammaton (YHVH) of value 26, and its pronounceable component, Adonai, of numerical value 65; while 358 is the numerical value of Mashiach. But what makes this sequence even more telling is that the middle two triplets add up to (159+265) = 424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David.
But considering that we found the first 506 phrase at verse 3:14, and 506 + 314 = 820, the full value of the verse, Leviticus 19:18 paraphrased as “Love thy neighbor as yourself,” we can see the love with which the Torah, our physical universe based on Pi, and the Ana B’koach were designed and embedded. Now all we have to do is connect to it.
The Ana B’koach and the Torah cannot be separated, one is integral and integrated within the other and both are designed with the technology to help us bring about the the necessary transformations to bring Moshiach. So when the Ana B’koach is recited with the right kavanot (intentions) it is like reciting the entire Torah, and enveloping yourself with unconditional love. To those that know, it is the tree-of-life, and it can impart Mashiach consciousness.
To lean more about this, and to understand all the phenomenon concerning the Ana B’koach you should read The Genesis Prayer, published by St Martins Press.

It’s as innocent as the child’s dreidel, or the chocolate gelt. Four sides corresponding to the Tetragrammaton (YHVH), but 4 sides engraved with the Hebrew Letters G, H, N, and Sh. Four letters whose numerical value add to to 358, that of Mashiach, the Messiah.
From the games we play to candles we light, the entire Chanukah event is designed to help us bring Mashiach. And that where our consciousness should be. The eight days are a cosmic event not a celebration of a miracle that happened because it occurred during this cosmic event. The light we light each night are to connect us to the special light of miracles available to us once a year for 8 days staring every 25th of Kislev (Sagittarius). It’s different light/energy than what’s available to us in the 8 days of Sukkot-Shemini Atzeret; and it’s different from the light available to us during the 8 days of Pesach (Passover); and it’s different from the energy available to us on the 8 other holidays throughout the year. In total there are 32 days of varying special Light/energy (besides the special light of Shabbat). This connects to the 32 Paths of Wisdom of the Tree-of-Life through which these various light shine unto us.
The oil lasted 8 days because the Light of Chanukah, Mashiach Light lasted 8 days, not the other way around. As soon as the special Light of Mashiach (Or Ganuz) was revealed into our existence, it was hidden. I learned from my teacher that on the first Shabbat of Creation, it was brought out for 32 hours then hidden away for the time of the Messiah. But for 8 days every year we can taste of the Light.
Chanukah meditations
It appears the purpose of Chanukah is to bring Mashiach.
Let’s start with the books of Maccabees dating (for right or wrong) the first war in 3585 HC with the numerical value of Mashiach being 358.
One of the key elements of Chanukah is based on the spiritual tenet that nothing can ever be lost, once it goes from latent(potential) state to physical one it’s ever present in the universe whether we can physically see it or not. So the light of the first night, is added to the second and so forth until the 8th day when we have the light of 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36 days.
That explained, we can note that the sum of all the Torah occurrences of the words “first” through “eighth”—echad, sheni, shlishi, reve’i, chamishi, shishi, sheve’I, and shemeni—is (189+125+2+2+2+2+0+0) = 322 and since the sum of days (numbers) 1-8 representing all the summary Chanukah lights for the 8 days is 36, and (322 + 36) = 358. And while 36 is just the result of rounding off the numerical term 35.8, the number 36 to the kabbalists represents the lamed-vav tzaddikim, or 36 righteous souls necessary at all times to maintain our existence in the universe.
Blessings:
The start of all blessings:
When start the blessing with the word Baruch, we need to keep in mind that it has the value (when using the caf sofit) of 708, the same as that of the 42 letters of the upper Mem-Bet, the Name YHVH through 3 iterations. It is from this Name that the blessings flow through the 6 levels (dimensions) of zeir anpin and into our world:
YHVH
YVD HY VYV HY
YVD VYV DLT HY YVD VYV YVD VYV HY YVD
L’hadleek Ner Chanukah:
Now regarding the Chanukah blessings on the words L’hadleek Ner Chanukah and the kavanot that we’ve learned from the Arizal, the 3 first letters Lamed, Nun and Chet, spell out in small gematria, 3,5,8 or 358, Mashiach.
The initials in L’hadleek Ner Chanukah (to light the Chanukah candle) spell the word Nachal (a holy Name that means stream or river, and also inheritance) and it has a numerical value of 88, which when aided by a kolel of 1 = 89, that of Chanukah itself. Nevertheless, the concept of a stream is very important because by lighting the candles with the right consciousness we’re opening a stream of light (the energy of sustenance) from above into our lives and world. And the inheritance is the Messiah (the Moshiach).
As explained by the Arizal, the secret of 3 letters N, CH. L and Nachal comes very fittingly considering that the gematria of Chanukah is 89, from the 3 words of the 8th and 9th of the 13 attributes of G-d : “Notzer chesed l’alefim.” He further explains that the 8th sefira (level), which is Binah (Imma/Understanding) is where we are drawing this upper light from and that a secret here is that once the 8th level is tapped into, all 3 upper levels (Binah, Chochma and Keter) are at once available to us.
So the first mediation is on opening up the flowing river (Nachal) from Binah, Chochma and Keter though Binah into Zeir Anpin ( the heavenly ladder that connects our world to Binah (the upper world). Zeir Anpin is represented by aspect of the Tetragramamton (YVD HE VEV HE) called (Mah) of numerical value 45 and we are told that it combines to Binah through the alef(E) in the letter vav (VEV) to the regressively spelled Name Ehyeh (E, EH EHY EHYH) which is associated with Binah and has a numerical value of 44, together they are 45 + 44 = 89, once again the value of Chanukah,
Next:
The value of the word L’hadleek plus the kolel (1) = (179 +1) = 180 and partially because of this the Arizal tells us to meditation on Av, Sag, Mah aspects of the Tetragrammaton which total (72+63+45) = 180, at this point in the blessing.
And as Rabbi Chaim Vittal of blessed memory explains “All Torah Light is spread by squaring,” so we look to the the square root of 180/10, or 18, and find that it is 4.2426, which is significant because 424 is the value for “Mashiach Ben David” and 26 is the value of the Tetragrammaton (YHVH).
Moreover, Abraham in the Sefer Yetzirah tells us that the Mashiach will come from the letter combination Dalet-Nun (DN) whose ordinal value is 18, even more significant for us is that the spelled-out (gematria milui) value of the letters nun (NVN)and the lamed (LMD)of L’hadleek Ner is also 180, thus giving us yet another connection to “Mashiach Ben David.”
“Notzer chesed l’alefim” means “He preserves kindness for 2000 years” which is a hint that our time of exile for the past 2000 years is coming to a close, and if we add the 18 to it, we get 2018 CE, the year chazal has prophesied for the coming of the messiah and the final redemption and also the year 2018 HC the year G-d made his covenant with Abraham, our inheritance (Nachal). Indeed, the word candle, Ner, has a numerical value of 250 and so the 8 candles have a collective value of 250 x 8 = 2000.
Av (YVD HY VYV HY)
Sag (YVD HY VEV HY)
Mah (YVD HE VEV HE)
And when we add the 180 of Av, Sag. Mah to the 180 of L’hadleek Ner plus the kolel of 3 for the 3 aspects of the YHVH, we get 180 + 180 + 3 = 363, the numerical value of H’Mashiach, which is what we should be mediating on when we recite L’hadleek Ner:
(YVD HY VYV HY), (YVD HY VEV HY), (YVD HE VEV HE) and H’Mashiach.
Regarding Ner, the Arizal tells us to combine the Names Ehyeh, Elohim and Adonai with YHVH on 3 different levels to draw down the light: (EHYH, ELHYM, EDNY) If we take the first two letters of each Name (EH, EL, ED), they add up to 6 + 31+ 5 = 42, as in the 42-Letter Name of G-d, (the Shem Mem-Bet, known as the Ana B’koach).
Then if we take the third letter ((EHYH, ELHYM, EDNY) in each (YHN) they add up to 10 + 5 + 50 = 65 the numerical value of Adonai, which leaves (H,YM, Y) which sum to 5 + 50 + 10 = 65 again. Another way of looking at the 3 Names is that they represent the 42-letter name and 130 which is the numerical value of the two synonyms, Sinai and Sulam (ladder). Noe the total numerical value of the 3 Names is 172, and when we add 1 for the kolel, it’s 173, as in the small gematria numerical value for the 42-letter Name.
The 3 simple YHVH’s add to 26 + 26 + 26 = 78, Mazla, aramaic for mazal, fortune
Now the main point of the Arizal was that the 6 Names (YHVH-EHYH, YHVH-ELHYM, YHVH-EDNY)-add to 250, the value of Ner, candle, but if we add 6 as the kolel, we get 256, which is the value for both H’Aron (Ark of the Covenant) and for Aaron who lit the Menorah.
So when we recite Ner, we want to meditate on the 42 Letter name (the Ana B’koach), mazal, and Aaron, the only person in the Torah assigned the title Mashiach, lighting the Menorah

together with the 6 Names merging together as follows.
YHVH – EHYH (Chochma – Ehyeh)
YHVH _ ELHYM (BInah _ Elohim)
YHVH – EDNY (Malchut – Adonai)
We draw the light of blessing down from Chochma to Binah to our world, Malchut.
Now the 3 Names Ehyeh, Elohim and Adonai plus the 3 Names Av, Sag, Mah from the L’hadleek kavanot numerically add to (172 + 180) + 6 (kolel) = 358, Mashiach, so completing the recitation of Ner, we ant to have in mind drawing down the light from the upper 42-letter name to the lower 42-letter name and igniting the Mashiach consciousness in all of us.
And the candle we’re lighting is the Torah’ light as (nun-resh) of Ner spelled out, gematria milui as (NVN RShY) is (106 + 510) = 616, the numerical value of H’Torah, which helps explain Proverb 6:23. “A mitzvah is a candle, and the Torah is light.”
Extra Light:
According to the Arizal, the YHVH can be also be a kolel, and if we add 3 of them, as in (3 x 26) = 78 to a 3-part meditation we’re adding extra mazal to these types of mediations, and we’re also addressing the right, left and central columns of the tree-of-life. Moreover, as the YHVH is the kolel, the value of the 3 meditations for Ner, which as we’ve said above is 250, plus the kolel (3 x 26) = (250 + 78) = 328.
What this connects to are the 328 phrases in the Torah that have a value of 1729, which itself is the number of words of value 26 (YHVH) in the Torah, beginning with the phrase “Let there be Light in Bereshit 1:3
The Shamesh:
The Shamesh, or 9th candle is much more than a simple helper candle. In completing the unifications of the Names above, we note that the first unification of the YHVH x Ehyeh = 26 x 21 = 546, which is the sum of the 1st letters of all 10 sefirot, draws the energy down through all 10 sefirot. The value 546 is also the total value of the Names of the 3 Patriarchs whose names began with the letter Yud, which connects them to Chochma (wisdom), the 9th sefira: Isaac (208), Jacob(182), and Jospeh(156). It;s likewise a connection to Israel, which has a value of 546 when the kolel for the 5 letters is included,
This is an important unification because 546 is the numerical value of koteret, (the incense lit at the inner alter of the Holy Temple) as it says in Proverbs 27:9 “Oil and incense rejoice the heart,” and as the Ari explains, “And the inner altar and the Menorah stood together to give joy to all, as is written.”
So as we light the Shamesh we should meditate to draw down the light through the 10 sefirot and to put joy in our hearts.
And the sum of all 3 unifications is YHVH x Ehyeh + YHVH x Elohim + YHVH x Adonai + 1 (kolel) = 546 + 2236 + 1690 + 1 (kolel) = 2952. And according to one of the most concealed forms of gematria, we get 2952/328, or Product/Sum = exactly 9, as in the 9th candle, the Shamesh.
And not only does the number 9 divided by the small gematria of the 1st line of 42-letter Name (EBGYTZ) = 73.14159, or extremely precisely 70 + Pi (3.14159..), but 9 divided by the small gematria of the 2nd line (KRYShTtN)of 42-letter Name, the line associated with the Shofar blowings of 9 beats each, the line whose numerical value is 729 or (9 x9 x 9), is 9/.027395 = 328.52..
So while lighting the Shamesh if you can connect to the first two lines of the 42-letter name and the 3 unifications, and to the Torah, keeping in mind to lift the world of illusion from the 70 nations, elevating spirituality out of the physicality to bring about Moshiach you will be bringing Mashiach consciousness to the world.

The 25th of Kislev:
Yet another connection between the kavanot and the words of the blessing is found between the 25 letters of the union of the 6 Names and the value of Ner, 250, since 250/10 = 25, but most important these would be the 25 letters that the Zohar says is missing for the completion of the Mishkan and 25 words that we know are missing from the completion of the Torah (80,000 – 25) and the 25 letters of the Shma Israel phrase, and the 25th of Kislev, as explained by the Zohar. The obvious further connection is between the 80,000 words and the 8 lights and nights of Chanukah, since the 4th root of the sum of all the words, letters, and verses of the Torah = 25 exactly. There are also 25 letters in lamed-vav milui.
So note that the 25 letters in the verse “Shma Israel, Adonai Elohenu, Adonai Echad” (Hear O Israel, G-d our Lord is One) is found at Devarim 6:4 and the word Chanukah (ChNV-CH) can be broken down to the two numerical value 64 (ChNV) and 25 (CH), and moreover that the numerical value of the first and last words in that verse, Shma (ShMY) and Echad (EChD) plus the kolel (1) = 410 + 13 + 1 = 424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David.
Further to this line of reasoning, and as all connected by the Zohar, are the 24 days of Kislev, that proceed, the 24 letters in the Baruch Shem phrase that follows the Shma Israel phrase.
So on the first night before lighting you should should connect to the Shma israel and mediate that you are completing the Torah as in the days of Mashiach.
The OiI
The word for eight (8) in Hebrew is shemonah, and a simple permutation of the letters in shemonah (ShMNH) gives us hashemen. “the oil” (HShMN), and also neshama (soul, NShMH), all of which have the numerical value of 395, that of the 5th word in the Torah, H’ShMa’im (the Heavens).
And when we spell out the Shin-Mem-nun root letters of the Oil they add up to 546 that of koteret, the incense again, so once again we must keep in mind (Proverbs 27:9): “Oil and incense rejoice the heart,” and be joyful as we light the oil for that joy will spread through the 10 sefirot and be contagious throughout the world.
Proverbs 27:9 “Oil and incense rejoice the heart,”
The Arizal further explains that the oil in teh Menorah and by transference our chanukiyas represents the consciousness of chochma and the incense represents Binah, thus together they are the partzufs of Abba and Imma.
The 8 Nights of Lights:
The 44 Candles Sweeten the Judgment
On a simple level, over the 8 nights, we’re lighting 44 candles in total including the shamesh every night, these corresponding to the ordinal value of the letter in Chanukah (ChNVCH), which is 44. It also corresponds to first letters of all 10 plagues, which also add up to 44. So you can see the power to create miracles is built into every aspect of these 8 days.
Moreover, the first plague was blood, dam, also of numerical value 44, and as the Arizal explains “the word “m’damei“, whose numerical value (89) equals that of the word “Chanukah“, is rooted in the letters dalet and mem, which spell the Hebrew word for “blood”. Blood represents the negative powers of judgment, our mission it is to sweeten. Via the 44 (the numerical value of dalet, 4, and mem, 40) lights we kindle throughout Chanukah (including the shammas) and the awakening of consciousness they embody, the kelipot become nullified before us.” Thus with every candle we light, we can sweeten the judgment in out lives and in the world.
And note also that 44 is numerical value of the regressive spelling of the higher name of G-d, Ehyeh, connecting us to Chochma and Binah;
(E – EH – EHY – EHYH)
But that’s only the beginning of everything we set in motion
If our actions of lighting the chanukiya each night rekindle the energy from the night before and culminate in completeness on Zot Chanukah then: On the 1st night we light 1 candle and it stays lit metaphysically for (at least) 8 days; and on the second night we light 2 candles that stay lit, we have a total of 3 lit (rekindled) that second night. On the 3rd night we are lighting (rekindling) 1 + 2 + 3 or a total of six; and so on, until we have 1 + 3 + 6 + 10 + 15 + 21 + 28 + 36 = 120, a familiar mathematical progression that seems to be oft used in the deeper meditations and that we first learned from Abraham in the Sefer Yetzirah, The Book of Formation. And the Shamesh would be 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 = 36. Thus 120 + 36 = 156 or 6 X 26 representing the YHVH, and thus 2 X 78 for mazal.
The Arizal explains that the eight days of Chanukah are, or end up, at the level of hod, the same as a brit whose 8 days expire at hod before the brit can be performed at the level of yesod. Well, considering this, it’s noteworthy that if we assume that all our candles/oil last for 8 days, then in total, we are lighting 120 lights (which would correspond to the 120 permutations of Elohim) plus the 36 lights for the 8 Shamesh that we light, totaling 156, the numerical value for Yosef, who represents the level of Yesod. It’s also the value of Zion. Moreover, the word brit, corresponding to the brit of Mashiach is concealed within the middle of the 4th line of the 42-letter name (BTtRYNTG) and the word Zion (the upper Jerusalem to be revealed in the time of Mashiach) is concealed with the the 7th line (ShCNVZYT).
Now, what give this combination of the 4th and 7th lines of the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name), whose letters connect directly with the first 42 letter of the Torah, more significance for us is that the sum of the differentials between them and their corresponding word of the Torah’s first verse is 303 + 610 = 913 and 913 is the value of the Torah’s first word, Bereshit (Genesis) “In the Beginning.” And not only do both the 42-Letter name and the lighting of the Chanukah candles create new beginnings, but they are both integral parts of the technology to bring a new beginning with the arrival of Moshiach.
The 8 Nights of Lights and the Torah
The numerical value of mazal is 77 and their are 77 consecutive duplicate words in the Torah, the midpoint of which is at Darosh, Darash, whose numerical value is 504 + 504 = 1008 = (28 x 36). Now the beauty of this is that the 1st 8 words of the Torah have a total numerical value of 3003, which is the sum of all the positive integers through 77, and that if we consider all the cumulative lit Chanukah lights as a multiple of 8 days: 1 x 3 x 6 x 10 x 15 x 21 x 28 x 36 = 1008 = 504 + 504, the values of Darosh, Darash, the midpoint of the 77 double words in the Torah. Interestingly enough, there are 25 words with the value 504 before and 25 after that midpoint, once again referring back to the 25th of Kislev, when we connect to the 8th of the 13 attributes and open the stream of mazal into our lives and the world.
Now know this for every candle we light below, one is lit above. So for the 156 plus 1 collective one we light each Hanukkah, another 157 are lit above, making 314 in total, with 314 being the numerical value of Shadai (ShDY) and of Mettatron. And of the 1008 plus1 we light in a multiple effect, a total of 2018 candles are lit above and below (1008+1+1008+1) each Chanukah in each of our homes in preparation for the Messiah in the year 2018 CE (5778 HC), our inheritance.
And Zion, of numerical value 156, is the same as Yosef, who represents Yesod of Malchut, where the light of Binah ends up on the 8th day and the point where all the divine sustenance funnels into out lives and world. Moreover, Zion, of numerical value 156, is found 107 times in Tanakh and the sum of all the positive integers to 107 is 5778.
Chanukah, a Special Light
The letters of Mashiach (MShYCh) spell out Madlikim Shmona Yemei Chanukah (lighting up eight days of Chanukah).
And the letters in in Chanukah (Chet, nun, vav. caf, hey) when spelled out add up to 661, which is the same numerical value of Ester, as in Queen Ester, which is quite fitting, considering her role on Purim to save the Jews in exile, and also that, as we’ve been told by the Ari, she was an incarnation of Sarah, the Matriarch, whose numerical value is 505 and even more so since we light a total of 156 Chanukah lights each year, and Ester, of numerical value 661 = 505 + 156.
And if we add 5 for the kolel for the 5 letters, we get 666, the number of jubilee years (66.6) from the giving of the Torah in 2448 HC to the prophesied arrival of H’Mashiach in 5778.
Chanukah Gelt
Even the parve chocolate gelt we give to our children on Chanukah connects to Mashiach, as the Aramaic word for gelt is Dami (DMY) of numerical value 54, which we sited above from the Sefer Yetzirah, but since 5778 is the sum of all the integers from1 to 107 and 5778 = 107 x 54, then 54, and thus Dami (Gelt), plays yet another role in connecting all of us to the coming of H’Mashiach, B’H very soon
The Menorah is a gift to the worthy.
The Ari in writing about Chanukah explains that the Menorah was made miraculously when Moses threw a kikar (measure) of gold into the furnace and prayed to G-d to fashion it. It immediately emerged fully formed. This further connects the Menorah to the sefira of chochma, which is like a gift bestowed upon a person worthy to receive it.
So bring joy to your heart and joy to the world this Chanukah and help bring the gift of Mashiach into our lives.

It had rained for 2 days straight and with the flood water rising in my backyard, I was reading the Zohar on parsha Noach last night, and not surprisingly there are many insights there into the nature of water.
What is in the water we drink? How long can we go without a glass of water. When we fast on Yom Kippur and Tish B’av what are we depriving ourselves of, restricting from. Is it just from our physical desires?
Genesis (Bereshit) 7:4 “And it rained upon the earth for 40 days and 40 nights…”
From Exodus (Shemot) 24:18 ” And Moshe entered into the midst of the cloud…Moshe came to the cloud where Elohim was…Moshe was on the mountain for 40 days and 40 nights.”
What was so important about there being 40 days and 40 nights? If the Torah had told us only about 40 days or 40 nights we would have inferred the other without a second thought.
Why was there a front side 40 and a backside 40?
Both the rains the clouds are comprised wholly of water, the essence of life. Moreover, they are both water from above, from on high if you will.
Mayim, water is spelled MYM which each mem (M) having a value of 40, a front side 40 and a backside 40.
In between the two mems (MM) is the letter yud (Y), which mimics the actual physical construction of the water molecule, H2O, two hydrogen atoms and one Oxygen one in the center. If we assume a divine plan to life, then we can assume that the HOH is spiritually connected and represented by HVH, the Hebrew equivalent. And then if we add that to mayim, MYM, we get MEM (MM) and YHVH, the Tetragrammaton.
Now it just so happens the the letter Mem (MM) in gematria sofit (final letter) is 640 and YHVH is always 26, so (MM and YHVH) can very well equal 640 + 26 = 666. And thus 666 can be the symbol of life giving waters of Hashem (God).
Moreover, the spelled-out letter Mem (MM) has the ordinal value of 26, again that of the YHVH, the ineffable Name of G-d.
The actual molecular structure would be M(YHVH)M, and it would help explain why there is no physical life without water.
Why is the very first thing we learn after hearing that “G-d created Heaven and Earth” in Genesis 1:1 that in Genesis 1:2 “He hovered above the waters?” We can write endlessly as to what this means, but the 21st word in the Torah is “the waters, ” mentioned even before “the Light,” stressing its importance.
This would also explain the extraordinary similarities between water (MYM) and KIng (MLC), both of which have the numerical value of 90, and the ordinal value of 36, which together are each 90 + 36 =126, which is also 126 = 3 x 42, as in the 42-Letter Name of G-d (Shem Mem-bet). another secret of 126 is that it is also 100 + 26, or the value of keter, the highest spiritual level and 26, the YHVH.
Moreover, the gematria atbash (reverse alphabet cipher) of water, MYM is YMY, is of numerical value 60, while the gematria atbash of Melech, king (MLC) is (YCL) or 60 as well. And the small (gematria katan) value of each is also the same, 4+1+4 = 9 = 4+3+2. And similarly in E’bG’d gematria, where each letter is switched for the next highest ordinal value letter, the values of the two 3-letter words become 50+20+50 = 120 = 50+40+30.
And while there are other similarities we’ll just note that the gematria of both words is also 400+100+400 = 900 = 400 + 300 + 200, with 900 being the value of the final final letter in the Alef-bet (alphabet), Zaddi, who also has the value of 90, which as you recall was the original simple value of both water and king.
There are no other word pairs with such similar spiritual structures, and of course, Hashem is known as the King, the King of Kings. In kabbalistic spirituality, the more alike something is in form the shorter the distance between them and the stronger the ties/bonds between them. Between King and Water there’s very little distance, one hovering above the other.
But back to water itself, If we spell out the letters in mayim, we get MM, YVD, MM whose simple value is 80 + 20 + 80 = 180, which is 10 x 18, and 18 is the value of the the Hebrew word, chai, life, and thus symbolizes life throughout the 10 dimensions (serifot). Life from water! And it’s no coincidence that the square root of 18 is 4.242640, or Maschiah Ben David (424), YHVH (26) and 40.
And while the mem-yud spelled out has the value (100), that of Keter, the crown, the highest sefira/dimension, the final mem (MM) can be thought of as the 40 days and 40 nights.
So knowing that G-d (YHVH) is in the water and that water is connected to the highest spiritual level and purity, what do you think happens when we contaminate and pollute our water? What spiritual message do you think that is sending to the universe? Wouldn’t that be figuratively like throwing (G-d forbid, Has v’shalom) garbage at G-d. So what does that say about us and our readiness to receive the Mashiach, the Messiah.
When we restrict from drinking water in our fasts, we are reminding ourselves how important it is to have G-d, Hashem, in our lives, how our sustenance and survival is dependent upon it. But of course, we must understand why we are restricting before we can reap the benefits. There have been may scientific tests that show water is indeed sensitive at the structural level to different energy (vibes). So rather than restricting a couple days of years, let’s restrict the whole year from negativity, from polluting the waters of the earth physically and spiritually. Like attracts like; like below is above. Moses attracted the Clouds-of-glory. Noach’s generation attracted the devastating flood waters. The erev rav got 40 years in the desert for their lack of faith. And our generations? We invented acid rain. We need to do better.
The word “the heavens,” H’Shama’im, the 5th word in the Torah (Bible), contains the word water (mayim). Is that a coincidence too? Mayim (water) is repeated twice within the first 2 verses of the Torah, in the 5th (H’Shama’im) and in the 21st word, the waters H’mayim. Together, 5 + 21 = 26, the value of the YHVH. Together the numerical value of the full two words is equivalent to that of H’Shechinah and to “The KING, a complicated concept that in simple terms refers to the integration of the male and female aspects of G-d and the universe in harmony, the mutual giving and receiving in purity. Numerically, it’s 395 + 95 + 26 (kolel for the ordinal; word value) =516, the number of times Moses needed to pray in order to bring H’Mashiach, the Messiah.
Now here is another deep secret, a deep Bible code if you will. In known by chazal that the waters that split the Red Sea (See of Reeds) were programmed to do so since the dawn of creation. The first mention of water in the Torah is in the word H’Shama’im in the Torah’s 1st verse. The letters for water (MYM) are the 19th, 20, and 21st letters in the Torah, and the 3 verses of the splitting of the Red Sea, the 3 sequential verses of 72 letters from which the 72 Names of G-d are derived, are Exodus (Shemot) 14:19, 20, and 21.
As it was in the beginning, G-d hovers above the waters. The waters are a powerful direct connection we have to G-d; let’s use them in a positive way, in the pure way they were meant to be used. And let’s bring about the Moshiach in our generation.
The Torah gives us a final clue to how we can help purify the waters again, physically and spiritually, and that is found int eh number of times the word water (mayim) is found in one form or another in the Torah. It’s found 173 times and 173 is the small gematria value of the 42-Letter name of G-d, (the Shem Mem-Bet, also known as the Ana B’koach).

There is a Biblical mystery that has intrigued man for over 2000 years, and another deeper mystery that has perplexed him even longer. The first is what Daniel meant by “Time, times, and half a time,” in his revelations about the end of days. And the second is what is Time?
The mysterious verse in Daniel 12:7 connected to the end of days, “Time, times, and half a time,” is connected to the verse Genesis 23:1 from Chayeh Sarah, whose connection to the end of days has already been discussed in depth in our post Sarah Lives, and Who else? where we are told that Sarah lived for 127 years.
Besides the obvious 127 connection, in the Chayeh Sarah verse we also have the curious wording Shanah, shanah, Shan’im or year, year, and years, similar in structure to Time, times, and half a time, especially since Shanah can be regarded as time as well.
But to better understand this, we need to go to a place before time, where the primordial letter alef exists before the physical universe took shape. In that place/empty space before Creation and before the Torah the 3 Mother came into existence. But first among them was the alef.
Alef typically has the numerical value of 1 and is spelled, ELP, which has the numerical value of 111. But ELP can also be the word elef, or one thousand (1000). Now, if we substitute, as the Arizal did, the value 1000 for the value 1, the value of alef spelled out become 1110, which is 10 x 111, or Alef expanded to cover all 10 sefira/dimensions.
But what is odd, is that Shanah, shanah, Shan’im also has the numerical value of 1110, and thus is spiritually connected to primordial time, to the beginning before Creation.
There are many different gematria bible code ciphers the Ari used, but another extremely common one is to use the sofit, or 5 final letter values in the words that have these final letters. And when we do, the expanded Alef (ELP) from becomes 1000 + 30 + 800 = 1830. And when we add the 3 for the kolel of the 3 letters, we get 1833, which is the value of the first 21 letters of the Shem mem-bet, the 42-Letter Name through the midpoint in the 42 letters, and at the location of the secret fountain/well of living waters that we’ve discussed in other posts. And likewise previously discussed it’s in the center of where the Brit (covenant) of Mashiach is spelled out.
But speaking of 42, it is the value of IMA, Mother, spelled EME, which the kabbalists tells us is really referring to the energy level/Sefira/dimension called Binah. And when we use both versions of the expanded alef, IMA, spelled EME, has the value of 1830 + 640 + 1110 = 3580, or 10 x 358, the value of Mashiach, the Messiah in all 10 sefirot/dimensions.
The word Emet, truth, is graphically synonymous with the 42-Letter Name of G-d in that the words emet (EMT) has the numerical value of 441, which is 21 squared and we know from chazal, that Emet represents the two Ehyeh’s (EHYH) each of value 21, combined in the Name, “Eyheh Asher Ehyeh” (I Am that I Am), the source of the lower 42-Letter Name.
Moreover, just like the word Emet (EMT) the first letter of the 42-Letter Name (Ana B’koach) is Alef (E) and the last is Tav (T) and there are 40 (M) letters in between.
And when we spell out Emet (EMT) using the expanded Alef and add 8 for the kolel of the 8 letters, we get 1830 + 640 + 412 +8 = 2890, which when we double it for the two emets (truths) less the kolel of 2 for doubling, we get (2890 x 2) – 2 = 5778, the year prophesy says Mashiach will come.
What about Time x Times + half a Time?:
21squared + 21 squared + 21 = (21×21) + (21×21) + 21 = 903, which is the sum of all the integers from 1 – 42, in other words, the spiritually complete 42.
So Ehyeh = Half a Time
and (Half a Time + Half a Time) = 42-Letter Name
and (Half a Time X Half a Time) = Emet
and Emet = 42-Letter Name
So Emet = Time and thus
Truth = Time in the spiritual word = the 42-Letter Name
and also, spiritually, addition (+) is similar to multiplication (X)
and (Time x Times + Half a Time) = the spiritually complete 42
Now, the 21squared in Emet is (Ehyeh x Ehyeh) or (EHYH X EHYH) and when we use the spelled out version of Ehyeh, we get ELP HY YVD HY which breaks down to Alef (ELP) and (HY YVD HY) of value 50, representing the 50 gates of Binah (understanding) that we will reach in the time of Moshiach.
But the full 10 letters equal 1830 + 50 + 10 = 1890, to which if we were to add the cryptic 127 years of Sarah’s life (from Genesis 23:1) or the digits 127 from Daniel 12:7, we’d get 1890 + 127 = 2017 CE, the year the Mashiach (Binah) consciousness is supposed to begin (5778, actually 5777.78).
In case we were to that that a coincidence, the sum of the 2 Ehyehs is exactly 1880 x 2 = 3760 HC, which is the pivotal year “0″ in the Gregorian calendar.
Now, we can understand why Ehyeh, a higher Name of G-d is called “half a Time.” And we can understand how the 42-Letter Name created by the 2 Ehyeh or twice half-time, can control our perception of reality to bring us what seems like miracles into our reality, as explained in The Genesis Prayer. And seeing as Time controls distance, now we can also understand why all Torah journeys are governed by the Mem-Bet (42-Letter name).
What does Time have to do with the Messiah?
Time is a journey and at the end of the journey is the Light, the Messiah.
The Bible makes that clear. If we add the 231, as in the 231 Gates of Wisdom described in Abraham’s Sefer Yetzirah, and which corresponds to Genesis 23:1, to the 127 from Daniel 12:7, we’d get 231 + 127 = 358, Mashiach.
Now, the Hebrew for “Time, Times, and half a Time” (LMVAD MVATYM VChZY) reveals even more. The first 3 letters have the numerical value of 76, as does the first letter of each of the 3 words. And we know from the Arizal, that 76 is the numerical value of the highest aspect of Chochma (Av) of the Tetragrammton (YVD HY VYV HY) including 4 for the YHVH). But even more significant is that the rest of the letters add up to 358, Mashiach.
And if we take off the 10 for the 10 letters in the Tetragrammaton (Av): (YVD HY VYV HY), or alternatively, for the final yud (Y) in “half (VChetzi)” we get a total of 424 for the phrase, which is the value of Mashiach Ben David.
And the final letters in the verse (DMY), which we know from chazal project the future, add up to 54, which connects to both the letters of the month (nun and dalet) of Scorpio, according to Abraham’s Sefer Yetzirah, from which we’ve been told by the Zohar that Mashiach Ben David will come, and to the year 5778 HC because 107 is the sum of all the positive integers through 5778 and 5778/107 = 54.
So what good is knowing all this?
Before we traveled in spiritual darkness. Now we know what can illuminate our journey and speed our way through time and toward Mashiach.
And if you still have doubts about time, know this: the Hebrew word for time used in Daniel 12:7 is Mo’ed (MVAD), whose value is 120 and whose ordinal value is 39 and thus time’s complete value is 120 + 39 = 159, the small gematria value of the Upper 42-Letter Name of G-d.
Take your time and digest this, but don’t take forever; there are only 9 years until 5778.
