Every year for nearly 3330 years we’ve been counting the years towards Moshiach, ticking off the years from 1 to 50, and racking up the jubilee years (1 every 50 years, after the cycle of 7 x 7 is completed. And in every one of those years we count the Omer, 7 x 7 days from Pesach until Shavuot on the 50th day with the reception of the Torah and restoration of the Light of Mashiach (the Messiah) and freedom that was available on Pesach (Passover).
The square root of 50 days x 3330 years is 408.0441 and we know that 441 is the numerical value of emet (truth) and that the Torah is exactly 408 letters shy of 600,000 component letters., so on Shavuot 5778, when we finish counting the omer for the 3330 time we will have completed the Torah, also known as Emet (Truth), and hopefully made amends to passing up on G-d’s offer of the Tree-of-Life reality during the 10 Commandments (Utterances).
The following goes for the 8th day Pesach (Passover) as well as the 8th day of Chanukah. There is a spiritual tenet that nothing can ever be lost, once it goes from latent (potential) state to physical one, it’s ever present in the universe whether we can physically see it or not. So the light of the first night, is added to the second and so forth until the 8th day when we have the light of 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36 days.
That explained, we can note that the sum of all the Torah occurrences of the words “first” through “eighth”-echad, sheni, shlishi, reve’i, chamishi, shishi, sheve’I, and shemeni-is (189+125+2+2+2+2+0+0) = 322 and since the sum of days (numbers) 1-8 representing all the summary lights for the 8 days is 36, we have (322 + 36) = 358, the numerical value of Moshiach, who was revealed on the 8th day.
Yes, as several Moshiach blogs (including ours) from various divinely inspired sources advised he would be, he did appear. that the world didn’t take notice is no surprise. That’s our issue today; we’re all so self-involved we can’t even see the aspects of G-d all around us. The invitation to join him won’t be personal (and most of us would ignore it anyway).
And while 36 is just the result of rounding off the numerical term 35.8, the number 36 to the kabbalists represents the lamed-vav tzaddikim, or 36 righteous souls necessary at all times to maintain our existence in the universe.
Around the 8th day of Pesach, we read the Torah portion Shemini, (literally, the 8th).

It’s an honor to be part of this bold project, and as Zion and Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai open the gates for us, I just wanted to point out that that 35 and 35 lines comprising the columns of the Song of Moses total 70 and correspond to the 70 Tikunim and the 70 final years since the founding of the state of Israel in 1948 (5708) . The word tikun itself is comprised of the value 516 (TYKV) plus the final letter Nun (N) of value 50 representing the 50 gates of Binah, and 516 was the number of times that the Zohar tells us Moshe needed to pray to bring the final redemption back in 2448, when G-d stopped him at 515, because while he was ready, we were not.

And using the gematria sofit value the word tikun has the value 1216. Now when we wrote about healing the tikun and the secret of the small letter alef in Vayikra we discussed that we had learned from R’Abulafia that 1216 was the gematria of the 2 word phrases “70 languages” (ShBAYM LShVNVT), and also for the “permutation of the letters” (ZYRVP HEVTYVT), including the kolel, but what we didn’t mention was that the 3330 years from the giving of the Torah on Mt Sinai in 2448 to the year 5778, the year Rav Ashlag. advised Moshiach will usher in the geula (final redemption), is precisely 1,216,256 days, and that that final 256 days is exactly 70% of the final year.

As for the word tikunim, its gematria value is 616, the same as H’Torah (the Torah), That said, let us all connect to Moshe Rabeinu and Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, and thus learn how to overcome the final 70 tikunim through the Torah, the necessary correct permutation of the letters that open the gates, and through our spiritual work so that we make the required changes in our lives and throughout the 70 languages of the world.
One final note, it’s no coincidence that as we approach L’ag B’Omer, the 33rd day of the Omer, We just read Emor, he 33rd portion of the Torah and the next two portions, usually read together, have 57 -78 verses respectively.

. And also that the gematria of L’ag B’Omer (LG B’YVMR), including the kolel for the 7 letters, is 358, that of Moshiach.
