Last Rosh Hashannah (5769) we pointed out that the Dow sank 777.78 points erev Rosh Hashannah to begin the new year. And the pattern of symmetrical and numerically significant numbers found in the closings of the US financial market—all related to the year 5778—on major Jewish Holidays continued through to Pesach, when the markets stopped plunging and reversed course.  This, as has been explained in previous articles, coincided with the arrival of Mashiach consciousness during the Pesach cleansing process.  Since then there have been no significant numerical alignments with the markets, until this Rosh Hashannah 5770, when the DOW closed down .42% to settle at 9,778.86
So what does this herald? And what relationship can be drawn between 5770, 9778 and 5778?
The 86, as the numerical value of Elohim, and the 42, as in the 42-Letter Name of G-d—both connected to Creation—and also the synergy with 778 are all obvious, but in the year 5770 the 9 in 9778 plays a part too.
Throughout this past year we’ve spoken about the significance of there being 9 years until the final redemption at the end of 5778 in the year 2019, and we’ve explained about the 8 final years until the Brit of Mashiach as advised by the tzaddikim, which is to occur in 5778 (2018), as revealed to us by Rav Yehuda Halevi Ashlag of blessed memory.
But the answer about the 9 lies in the Hebrew spelling of 5770 and in the “generations of Adam.” You see Lemekh was the 9th generation in the lineage of Adam and he lived 777 years. Lemekh (LMC) is a permutation of the word Melech (MLC), the Hebrew word for King, a hint of what is to come after 5777 and the 9th year.
Nevertheless, setting aside the 5, as is customary in spelling out Hebrew years, we have 770 as Tav-Shin-Ayin (TShA) which is spelled the same as the word tesha (TShA) the word for “9” in Hebrew. And when we permute the letters we get ShAT, Hebrew for “right now” The letters (TShA) are also the route letters for teshuva, repentance, or more literally and spiritually, “returning’ to the beginning.
So putting it together we have a message that 9 years from now, we have a returning to the beginning. We also have a juxtaposed message that the repentance (returning) must be done “right now” in order to elevate those that are already connected to the 9th level (sefira/dimension), that of Chochma/wisdom.
Moshiach is here already for those that can see, but for everyone else, the time frame given for King Moshiach is 5777-5778 and the final redemption 9 years from now. Nevertheless, it is “right now” when we must start connecting to the Tree-of-life. When we permute the letters again, we get shata (ShTA), meaning “to be afraid,” which is what we will be if we don’t begin to connect, and it also address our fears of connecting right now.
The fear is about letting go.  The hardest thing to do is to jump blindly, yet this is what is being asked of us.  No matter how bad the situation is we all hold onto what we have for dear life, which is why the 9th gate is wisdom.
The wisdom will reveal that which we cannot see with our eyes.  But we must then bring the wisdom into our hearts if we are to truly accept that there really is another reality out there. And then led by our hearts we can let go.  And we must.
I experienced Rosh Hashanah this year with over 3000 very committed and loving souls and it was wonderful, but when we got to the Amidah, the silent connection when we reach out to G-d by ourselves, something happened to me.  It was at the special prayer, or opportunity, for a spiritual wish that we get to make only a few high times of the year. We have the choice to pick from asking for sustenance, ruach hakodesh (divine inspiration), or righteous children. I knew I was asking for ruach hakodesh, but read through the choices to make sure I wasn’t reciting the wrong one, when it hit me hard that people need all three, why should they be limited.  And I cried. I cried for the people that didn’t have these choices, that had lack in their lives. And I cried and cried and couldn’t stop. The floodgates were open and my heart poured out for them.
That is what is meant by bringing the wisdom into our hearts, I was crying—my soul was crying—because I knew they could have it all; in the Tree-of-Life reality everyone has it all.  We all know this in our souls; now we have to connect to our them.  When we can feel the love for one another that we have for our kids then we will know that we’re connected and that we need no longer fear letting go.
Another permutation of TShA is AShT, ashet, “to grow fat” and this year some will and it will be at the expense of the many that wont. One way or another we’re going to be forced to feel the pain of others.  Because if the Creator wants us to jump, eventually we’ll jump, and hopefully it’ll be of our own free choice and through our hearts, and not because dire circumstances leave us no other choice.
May this be the year we all take the leap and climb onto the tree waiting for us beyond our vision.  Shana Tova
With Love,
Ezra
