Creation by Design; Renewed Every year.

As we complete the 22 days of the holidays and reestablish the relationship between the Zeir Anpin and Malchut (Heaven and Earth so to speak) for another year, we read once again the story of Creation. Before even finishing the holiday, just after we finish the 7th hakifot (encircling) with the lulov and doing the 7 hakifot with the Torah, both associated with Zeir Anpin, we read the first 32 verses of Creation, the verses that establish the 7 days of Creation.  This is of design, not convenience.

The 32 verses of Creation, as well established by Chazal, connect to the 32 Paths of Wisdom, the Tree-of-Life. And as we explained in a previous post, similarly the ordinal value of the word Lulov, which is 32, does as well, and moreover, they both connect to the Alter at the center of the Third Temple, which measures 32 x 32 cubits.

What was not previously explained was that the 6 verses in which each of the first 6 days were completed in, thus establishing the 6 sefirot (dimensions) of Zeir Anpin, are the verses #5, 8, 13, 19, 23, and 31 of the Torah’s first chapter. The numbers 5 + 8 +13 + 19+ 23 + 31 = 99 and in the 1st verse of the 2nd chapter G-d completed Creating Heavean and Earth, plus 99 + 1 = 100, a level of perfection kabbalistically speaking, but also the square of 10 (sefirot) and the complete value of the word Lulov, (68 + 32 = 100), and also the measure of the inner courtyard surrounding the Alter at the center of the Future Holy Temple, 100 x 100 cubits.

This also corresponds to the sum of the ordinal values of the first 10 letters of the Torah (BREShYT BRE E) “In the beginning was created Alef:” 2+20+1+21+10+22+2+2+1+1 = 100, once again perfection and the square of the 10 sefirot.  And it should be noted that teh composite value of the letter Alef is 32, which is why it’s associated with the Tree-of-life.

As we said, when we complete the 7th day, Malchut, firmly establishing the 7 sefirot and 7 days of Creation in the 1st verse of the 2nd chapter, we have a total value of the verses as 100 which corresponds to the 100 blowings of the shofar on Rosh Hashannah that began the Holiday process 22 days ago.

This is all by design to reestablish our connection to the Tree-of-Life EVERY year, every year through the period of the Third Temple, which according to the prophecy of the tzaddikim should happen in about 7 years from now (around 5778).

Please note that 5778 is 66.6 jubilee years from the reception of the Torah at Sinai in 2448, and we mention this because as was explained in book The Genesis Prayer the number 5913 is also derived from a beautiful equation based on the 7 days of Creation and the kabbalistic principal that energy is never lost.

Before we get into the equation please note that in the 6 days of Creation there are 66 times the letter combination for the word “sea” appears (YM) of numerical value 50, the same as the length of the jubilee year, 50 years.  According to chazal, whenever we see the combination (YM) as in Elohim (ELHYM) it represents the sefira of Binah (understanding).

And as for Elohim (ELHYM) it is found 32 times in those same verses of the 6 Days of Creation. Whether it’s the lulov, or the Torah or the Alter in the Future Holy Temple, we’re tapping into the Tree-of-Life , and drawing the light (energy) from Binah through the 6 dimensions of Zeir Anpin into the 7th, Malchut, the world of matter and limitation.

Abraham, the Patriarch, taught us in his Sefer Yetzirah several thousand years ago that 7 factorial is 7 x 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 5040, and when we apply that to 6 factorial and again for each of the 7 days of Creation and then add them together, we get (5040 + 720 + 120 + 24 + 6+ 2 + 1) = 5913 and even more significant, we know that the 10 Commandments and thus the 2nd opportunity of the Tree-of-Life reality was received on Shavuot 2448, or the exact Western date 5/9/1313 BCE (some say 5/9/1312 BCE, but it’s still 5/9/13).

Of further note is that 7 factorial and 6 factorial together total 5760 and (5 and 4 factorial) = 144 and (5 and 4 and 3 and 1 factorial = 151.  So, while 5760 is the year 2000 CE, the spiritual cleaning bath, or mikve has the numerical value of 151 (same as the higher name of G-d, Ehyeh) and it contains 40 seah each of 144 eggs, for a total volume of 5760 eggs, as prescribed by chazal.  It was based on this calculation for the mikve and divine inspiration that Rav Abraham Azulai of blessed memory, prophesied that the  Geula/Moshiach  process would begin in 5760 (2000 CE) and this period of Oy and Ashray could conceivably last for the 18 years until 5778 as fits the other prophecies, especially since the square root of 18 is 4.24, the numerical value of Moshiach Ben David.

Everything is by design.

The Energy at the Dawn of Creation.

The Arizal explains that the Zohar tells us that the Torah existed for 2000 years before Creation, and that it existed in a form in which all the 79,976 letters would appear to be jumbled to us today.  In other words, what is written in the Torah and was frozen in time once the letter were rearranged to form the narrative we know today, was formerly written in a potential state, whereby the events of our Biblical past could have played out differently.  Adam didn’t have to sin.

Nevertheless, he did, and we have to struggled and fight our way back to the Tree-of-Life reality that existed prior to that initial sin.  As part of that process (the easy part) we study the secret coding of the Torah (Sod Torah), which R’ Abulafia of blessed memory calls the deepest level of Torah understanding (that we’re capable of at any rate).

But what are we really doing when we examine the gematria and the permutations of the letters and words of the Torah?

Yes, we are revealing the underlying technology that the Torah was designed with, and occasionally by doing so, yes, we are revealing hidden blessings, prayers, and specific gateways. And yes, with each revelation into the magnificence of the Torah we bring more awe of the Torah and G-d into our lives and the world and thus bring ourselves and others closer to G-d ( a thoroughly worthy cause unto itself).

But what are we really doing when we rearrange the letters according to ancients codes that seem to exist before time? At times, it feels like all the letters of the Torah are on stone wheels, each with all 22 (or 27) letters embossed on the–79,976 wheels in all.  At other times, it’s as if the Torah was an enormous multi-dimensional matrix, with gateways and portals  appearing at the intricate junctions and apexes, each leading us to other portals.

But what are we really doing?

When we reveal and understand the codes that permute the letters, we are in essence re-scrambling the letters to the primordial state they were in before creation, to the state of potentiality. We are connecting ourselves to energy of purity that existed before the sin of Adam, to the energy of the Tree-of-Life. We are connection ourselves to the energy that knew no limitations, the energy that houses all possibilities.

What is this like?

It’s like converting the aging cells of our bodies back to pure undifferentiated stem cells that still have to potential to be anything our bodies need, that are young, disease free, and full of youthful health.

This is what we are really connecting to.  What we do with that energy is up to us.

As for the state of the Torah before Creation, we know, for sure, of the formal order of at least 42  of the 79,976 letters, the first 42.  Prior to Creation the first 42 Letters of the Torah were the 42 letters of the Shem MB, the 42-Letter Name of G-d, which is known as the Ana B’koach. This is why when we do the Ana B’koach (See the book The Genesis Prayer), we often see miracles; we are connecting to that primordial energy of pure potential, which means our reality can shift instantaneously.  This is the power of the Tree-of-life.

When we were given the Torah everything was already set (fixed), and both time and a time-frame indelibly established, events had already played out and future events had already been determined. But…

But we were also given, a gateway out (beyond). Adam left Gan Eden with the Ana B’koach, the 42 letters that tap into  the energy he was forced to leave behind. That 42-letter matrix is still here with us today, and still access all that beautiful potential energy. It is our key back in.  As the Zohar puts it, it is the 173 keys to Heaven given to Moses (the small gematria of the 42 letters totals 173).

This is why we study the codes.  It’s all about the Tree-of-Life.

Judgment Day; The Final Redemption Approaches

This weeks Haftorah portion tells us Judgment day is coming and When! I was preparing an article this week about the 4 times H’Mashiach is explicated mentioned in the Torah, but the Pesach cleaning took precedence: nevertheless, this and every Shabbat Hagadol–the Shabbat of Redemption—just before Pesach we read the Haftorah portion Malachi 3:4-24 about the ”End of Days.”

The final verse in that reading is “Behold, I will send you Elijah the Prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of God.”

And that verse is actually repeated twice, word for word, first in chapter 23 and again in chapter 25: “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of God.”

The final 5 words of those verses, “boy yom YHVH hagadol v’hanorah (BE YVM YHVH HGDVL VHNVR,”E) meaning “the coming of the great and terrible day of God,” numerically add up to 407, whose square root, as we’ve explained recently and repeatedly in context, is 20.17424, which can be split up into the year 2017 and 424, the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David.  But what makes this connection doubly emphatic is that the final 6 words (“before the coming of the great and terrible day of God,” add up to 577 as in 5777-5778 or 2017-2018 CE which the tzaddikim have given us as that self same day for the Geula, the Final Redemption.”

And the square root of the sum of the entire verse (1661) is 40.7…once again.

So why is the verse repeated twice?

There are multiple reasons for one of the most ominous and significant verses in the Tanakh (Bible) to be repeated twice, like the hitting of the stone by Moses twice and the two sets of Tablets that Moses brought down, but today we will explore only the gematria, the encoded secret one. There are 49 letters in each of the verses, which connect to the 49 days of redemption, the 49-day Omer period from Passover to reception of the 10 Commandments (Utterances) on Shavuot, the 50th day. And the 50th or hidden letter of this verse, would be the final letter vav (V) in Eliyahu (ELYHV), Elijah in English, who we know from the Arizal was originally Pinchas, whose zealousness stopped the plagues and saved the Israelite.  According to some, that vav (V)–written in Hebrew as a vertical line–is the spear of Pinchas, which according to the Zohar is the broken vav(V) in the word Shalom (peace) in the Torah portion Pinchas, where is describes his zealousness.  We find that broken vav(V) in the phrase “Covenant of Peace.”

Moreover, this broken Vav (V) of numerical value 6, is reminiscent of the 408 missing component letters from the total 600,000 component letters (exactly 599,592) of the Torah, which, if they were represented by the letter vav(V) would equal numerically a total value of 408 x 6, or 2448, which in turn is 49 jubilee years (Biblical 50-year interval) after the Birth of Adam, and is precisely the year the Torah was received at Sinai, 2448 HC.

Now back to the two verses that seem to herald judgment day, the prophesied day of the final redemption (the geula). The total gematria for the 26 (YHVH) words in the 2 verses with the kolel for the YHVH (4) added for each—representing together (4 +4) the 8 days/years of the Brit of Mashiach as described by the tzaddikim, is 3330.  This, as noted many times in previously articles concerning other verses and Torah portions, is exactly 66.6 jubilee years (50-year interval) from the exodus from Egypt and reception of the Torah (Tree-of-life consciousness) in 2448, or precisely 3330 years before 5778 (2018 CE), 8 years from today.

5 Kings vs 4 Kings; The Battle between Good and Evil.

The portion Lech Lecha, the 3rd in the Torah, is about letting go of our negativity and moving on.

According to the Arizal, there are 5 level of Holiness (of the soul) and 4 of evil, since there is no level of evil corresponding to the highest level, yechida.  This is the secret meaning of the battle in this last week’s portion between 5 kings verses 4 kings.

And to further illustrate that the first letter of each of the 5 levels of souls sum numerically to 318 and the Torah tells us there were 318 Men with Abraham when he rescued Lot.  This further corresponds to the first letter of the last 3 lines of the Ana B’koach (42-Letter Name of G-d), which are Shin-Yud-Chet

Yechida   –

Chaya      – 3rd level of evil

Neshama – 2nd level of evil

Ruach     – 1st level of evil

Nefesh    – neutrality (klippot noga)

This battle between good and evil had to be fought and one before we (Abraham) could move on.  The Torah is showing us that we can’t simply say we want to let go of our negative inclinations; we must fight a battle over them and win. And if we want to rescue a part of ourselves that has succumbed to the unholy side, we must bring all 5 parts of our soul (everything we’ve got) to bear against it. We must outnumber it 5 to 4.

It’s also telling us good will always outnumber evil if we go into battle spiritually complete.  And take the Ana B’koach along with you, as Abraham, and countless other tzaddikim did.

By tomorrow, bli nader, we will publish the secret of the ancient and future cubit and begin our journey into the Future Temple. This secret measure has not been revealed in thousands of years, not even by the Ramchal who revealed much about the Future Temple, but if not now, when?

Hashem hid the secret measurement in His Name. He hid it in the number and concept of 3, and he hid it in stone for all to see…
