The Gift that Keeps on Giving

It is no longer the 8th day of Chanukah; nevertheless, the Light is Endless and if you made the proper connections the residue of light still shines within you and we can still share Chanukah gifts. The Light is Endless, and we cannot separate the Light from the Endless. The Endless is a place and it is infinite; it is infinity. The Light is the Creative force of G-d; it is the Creator. The Creator is Infinity.

As scientists are coming to understand, the universe is a matrix of infinite parallel universes and Infinity means that anything and everything is possible, and that there are no limitations and no true boundaries.  This is the true definition of freedom.  This is what awaits us in the World to Come.  This is what our shackles to physicality and our illusionary blindfolds prevent us from seeing.  It is simple though: Everything that is imaginable anywhere, actually exists somewhere.  Not in cyberspace, but in hyperspace.

Cyberspace was not invented to liberate us, but to control us, to make our tethers to physicality stronger, not weaker. Now we can satisfy our desires to shop, to indulge our baser instincts, and to inflict mob rule 24/7 and we can do all three simultaneously, all while a few much more powerful and more scrupulous elites flood our cyber lives with their narrative and agenda while monitoring our every keystroke.  Is that the freedom we were promised?

On the other hand, we have hyperspace, and given all the infinite possibilities defined by the infinite parallel universes G-d must exist somewhere in at least one of them, and while things may exist in one parallel universe and not another, if it exists in even one, It Exists period.  Given that the Creator must exist, and given the nature of the Creator as the source and end all of everything, He then must exist everywhere.  So, whether you believe in G-d or believe in science, you must believe in the Creative force and the greater beyond. If not, like Adam after the sin, you are just hiding from G-d and His desires for you.  It did not work for Adam and it does not work for us either.  Letting people sell us more blindfolds will not hide us any better; they will only cause us to stumble further.

The endless infinity is called Ein Sof (אין סוף) in Hebrew, and the Light is Ohr (אור); they both equal 207, the same as Raz (רז), secret. The secret is what the kabbalists have been saying for thousands of years: G-d is the Light, which is the Endless, which is Infinite, which means once we are connected we have NO LIMITATIONS.  This is true freedom. Being able to shop from your phone is not freedom; it is slavery.

When we connect to Binah, we are not only the Light, we are One (אחד). Everything here in our world, is divisive, disjointed, and self-centered.  Everything here in our world, has an end, which is why it is not light, which is endless.  What we consider light in our world is just a shadow, a reflection, an illusion. This is the hardest thing to look past, and to let go of. Once we do, though, we can enter Binah. The World to Come will soon come upon us like an overpowering tidal wave and we will need to be able to let go, to jettison our anchors if we want to ride it.

Think of being in our world as being immersed in the most complete virtual reality machine you can imagine. You are totally integrated with that world and no nothing outside of it. You cannot think outside that box because that box is all you know.  The only way out is to unplug it, but before you can do that you must wake up and realize that your virtual world is not real and that there is actually something to unplug.  That is the first and hardest step.  That is what we are trying to do, to show you the signs, in other words the glitches in the VR system that do not make sense, things that do not add up. We want you to wake up in time and unplug.

Since the physical VR system is a copy of spiritual one, it is based on the 10 sefirot (dimensions) and built on base-10 mathematics, which is why we can use simple mathematics to break the virtual codes, and to decode the hidden tools built into the system that transcend both worlds, like, the Torah, the Shema and the 42-Letter Name of G-d.

My fascination in mathematics and how it ties everything together was first piqued when I heard about perfect numbers in the 7th grade and tried to prove a relationship between them and the Fibonacci sequence. Perfect numbers are those whole numbers whose factors when added together equal the number itself. For example, the first perfect number is 6, whose factors 1 and 2 x 3 can be summed up as 1+2+3 = 6. Perfect numbers are very rare.  The second perfect number is 28, as in the 28 letters in the Torah’s first verse. The third perfect number is 496, as in the value of the word Malchut, the earthly physical kingdom.  To give you an idea how rare these number are, the 13th shortest one is 314 digits long.  I only mention them because as previously explained the number 6 defines our physicality, the 28 first letters of the Torah end with the word Earth, our physical home, and 496 is the value of the word Malchut, the earthly physical kingdom.  Everything is perfect and as it was always meant to be. Trust in the Truth. Trust that G-d has a plan for us. Trust in the spiritual tools. Do not trust in those who are now fighting to remove the words “In God we trust” from our currency. They are the same people who urge us that violence, hatred, and mob rule and tells us through our (their) networks that it is OK as long as we have a difference of opinion. They are the ones feeding us that difference of opinion.

Today’s technology offers everyone the real possibility to connect to endless knowledge at our fingertips. Whatever the question or problem an answer or solution is only a few clicks away.  The difference between this connection to the cloud and the connection to the Endless Light of Binah is that these Internet answers are impure.  We have no way of knowing whether they are real, whether harm can eventually come from following their advice, or whether the person or powers that are supplying the answers have an agenda, even a possible evil controlling one.  The other difference is that any answer we get from man-made sources is inherently limited. It is limited to at best what is already known, or more accurately what Man thinks he knows.  A few hundred years ago the Earth was flat and the moon was made of cheese, and maybe it is.  Given the limits of today’s technology we cannot even disprove these theories with total certainty.  One month, butter is bad for you, another it is good, then bad again. Though there are trillions of data points out there for us to download, what man knows for certain about the universe and even our human bodies can fill a thimble, and yet we will trust these experts to design antivirus vaccines by messing around with our DNA. G-d Help us!

All our knowledge is limited, meaning it has an end. There is an end to its accuracy and its usefulness. It inherently has an aspect of death in it. Spiritual knowledge, knowledge downloaded directly from the spiritual realm is limitless and always has an aspect of creation and the Creator in it. Therefore, we have a choice.  Over the last 240 years and especially the last 50 years, technology has been accelerated to lead us to believe Man can do anything, and that a new great age of expanded abilities lies before us. By mimicking the schematics of the upper worlds with their connectivity networks and portals operating at the speed of light, we have been led to believe we are living in a more spiritual more personally connected time.  It is a tempting illusion.

It is an illusion nonetheless.  It is a world now, where illusions can be flashed at us at the speed of light with fake news and fake politicians, supported by fake Facebook and fake retweets, following fake currencies and even faker ideologies. In the illusory world of the physical, everything is limited, everything is flawed and doomed to failure and demise. Death is a certainty and G-d is a leap of faith.

By contrast, there is more power in a single Hebrew letter than in all the Internet combined.  Each letter is a portal, an entrance to the beyond, to Binah, and thus an entryway to the true Lightforce of G-d and a link to all the knowledge that ever was and ever will be.

The sum of the entire 22 Hebrew letters, as explained in The Genesis Prayer, is 4248, an obvious allusion to Moshiach Ben David (424) and 8.  Since the letter Chet (ח) is the 8th letter of the alphabet and of numerical value 8, and since we are still plugged into the 8th and final day of Chanukah and to the 8-day window for Ohr HaGanuz, let us use it as an example.  The letter Chet (ח) is the only letter comprised of two consecutive component letters, Vav(ו) and Zayin (ז) and when we add their full names together we get 22 plus 67 equals 89, Chanukah, aligning it with Chanukah of the same numerical value (89) and thus to Ohr HaGanuz and Binah, the 8th sefira counting from below. As we wrote about during Chanukah, the letter Vav(ו) represents the Sun (Shemesh) and the Shamash candle and the name for the letter Zayin (ז) has the numerical value 67, which is also that of Binah.

The values of Vav(ו) multiplied times Zayin (ז) is 42, as in the 42 Letter Name of G-d, the Shem Mem-Bet (מב) the gateway to Binah and as in the 42-square cubit (6 x 7) gateway to the Holy of Holies in the Future Holy Temple.  This connection is also to the healing Binah powers of both the first paragraph of the Shema Prayer, which has 42 words, and to the 42 words that begin with the letter Vav(ו) in the subsequent 3 paragraphs of the Shema.  Moreover, it also connects to the 42 words in the Shema that begin with Aleph (א).  Therefore, given that the spelled-out letter Vav (ואו) at the level of Zeir Anpin has a numerical value of 13 acts like a capacitor and is a sandwich (ו-א-ו) of connections to the 42-Letter Name of G-d and thus Binah.

Speaking of the number 13, it represents the value of the two most basic attributes of G-d that we need to connect with: Love (אהבה) and Oneness (אחד), which is why the 6th and 7th words of the Shema are “One (אחד) and Love (ואהבת).” It is also why the first word of that 42-word paragraph has the gematria value of Endless (אין סוף) and Light (אור) combined. In the spiritual world (One and Love) and (Endless and Light) are the same. Because this connection is so important for us and so anathema to our physical world, there are 13 words that begin with the initial Vav(ו) in the that first 42-word paragraph of the Shema.  It is also why the initials Mem-Bet (מב) that have a numerical value 42, also have an ordinal value of 13, for a complete value of 55, just like the total 55 words of the 4 paragraphs of the Shema that begin with the letter Vav(ו) and that split into segments of 13 and 42.

It is not just random chance that these Vavs(ו) and the Mem-Bet (מב) each sum to 55, since 55 is the sum of the numbers from 1 – 10, as in the 10 sefirot, which according Rabbi Chaim Vittal of blessed memory are connected to the Shem Mem-Bet (מב) through their 42 elements (32 Paths and 10 Sefirot). The 32 Paths themselves are equivalent to One and Love (אחד) and Love (ואהבה), which itself is connected to the Tetragrammaton (יהוה) of numerical value 26 and the 6 for connecting Vav(ו), both representative of the 6 bundled dimensions of Zeir Anpin that act as a ladder to Binah as previously explained.

In our world we are taught to dismiss things as coincidence. In the upper world of true connectivity that concept does not exist; nothing happens in a vacuum or without a reason. Therefore, in the perfect world of the endless light, it is also not coincidental the 55 is the 10th number in the Fibonacci sequence, or that in that short 10 number initial portion of that infinite sequence based on the primordial constant Phi, we not only find that the 7th number is 13, or that there are at least 7 combinations that sum to 42, but we find the numbers 3,5 and 8 appear in order, as in 358 (Moshiach).  It is probably hard to find a mathematician who would not dismiss that, but they would also have to dismiss the fact that 358 is also the 10th digit string within Pi, the other most important primordial mathematical constant that our physicality is built upon.

Spiritually, we know that the concept of Moshiach (the Messiah) or guiding force of Binah is purposely built into the first 10 digits of these infinite numbers in the same way we understand that by admitting the existence of infinity, they are admitting the existence of the spiritual realms and the limitations of anything that does not take infinity into account. We also know that when we examine the gematria of Abraham (808) and Sarah (505) and their children (303) and find that it breaks down to Abraham (808) and Sarah (505) equal 1313 (Love and One) and to “their children (303) + Sarah (505) + Abraham (808) or 3 x (101) + 5 x (101) + 8 x (101) or 358 (Mashiach) and (101).

The Fibonacci numbers are based on Phi with 5 is to 8, as 8 is to 13 in that 3/5 ≈ 5/8 ≈ 8/13 ≈ 13/21 ≈ Phi = .618033887… ; therefore, their children is to as Sarah, as Sarah is to Abraham, as Abraham is to Love, and as love is to G-d (אהיה). What a message! It is all about Love, starting with love for G-d being the strongest and ending with the love we have for our children, which for most of us is the most powerful love we can tangibly feel. Imagine what it will be like when we take that love for our kids as a starting point and build it exponentially from there to reach Binah. And when we follow the trail of Phi and raise it exponentially to the power of 18 we reach 5778.000, this Hebrew Year (5778 HC).

Just to put a spiritual bow on this holiday gift, 101 is the universally recognized numerical value of the archangel Michael, protector of Israel and 1313 BCE was when we received the Torah at Sinai.

Who are their children?

Ezekiel 37:24-28

24 “‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. 25 They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever. 26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever. 27 My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people. 28 Then the nations will know that I the Lord make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever.’”

In the spiritual world of connectivity everything has a reason and a purpose. This combination of the numbers 42 and 13 in the Shema, 42-Letter Name of G-d, and within the letter Chet (ח) can automatically connect us to the Tree-of-life and transport us to Israel in that 13 x 42 = 546, the value of the initials of 10 sefirot of the Tree-of-Life and of the 5 letters in the name, Israel (ישראל).

While the 6th, 7th, and 8th Fibonacci (8,13,21) numbers add up to 42, we find that the Names of our other Patriarchs are also connected to love, unconditional love and the Name of G-d (יהוה):

Joseph (יוספ) has a numerical value of 156 or 6 x 26, the numerical value of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה).

Jacob (יעקב) has a numerical value of 182 or 7 x 26, the numerical value of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה).

Isaac (יצחק) has a numerical value of 208 or 8 x 26, the numerical value of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה).

Together the names Joseph (יוספ), Jacob (יעקב), and Isaac (יצחק) have the collective value of 21 x 26 or 546, which as we just explained is the same as the initials of all the sefirot of the Tree of Life. It is also equivalent to unifying two powerful Names of G-d: Ehyeh and the Tetragrammaton.

(אהיה) x (יהוה)

Moreover, while (156 + 182 + 208) = 21 x 26, it also equals 42 x 13.

We can use any of these specific tools as a backdoor to Binah. They are our safe (escape) words we were given when we entered this virtual realty vault. They are G-d’s gifts to us. This Chanukah, we are taking advantage of the Ohr HaGanuz and regifting them.

The Mexican Flu: The Second Plague?

Some are suggesting the Mexican Flu is the second plague. Who is to say? It might even be the third with the first two being different (and very ongoing) aspects of the current financial crises. There are some interesting coincidences though.

But first of all, let’s be clear: The Mexican Flu is for real. There are millions of Mexicans staying home and off the streets right now and it’s not from hysteria. There is an alarming large rate of healthy people dying in Mexico after contracting this highly contagious version of swine flu AH1N1. And all the signs point to this being the one, just like its predecessors in 1918, 1957, and 1968 that killed millions of healthy people.

Here in the US, we first learned of this pandemic on Saturday (Shabbat) when the NY Times published a front page article explaining that 61 people had died already in Mexico. Obviously that number 61 was shifting and by Sunday it was 81 and then over 100 by Monday; nevertheless the published figure on the Shabbat that we read the portions Tazria and Metzorah, where we discussed plagues (nega) and their spiritual causes, it was 61.

Now, back in our articles on the 10 plagues we revealed that the sum of the first letters of all 10 plagues was 541, the numerical value of Israel, and so it’s mighty coincidental that this week we have the 61st anniversary of Israel.

But of even further coincidence is that the dates of the previous swine flu epidemics vis-a-vis 5778, the date given by the tzaddkim (righteous) for the geula (final redemption) are the Spanish Flu in 1918, exactly 100 years before (2018 CE) 5778; and the Hong Kong Flu in 1968, exactly 50 years prior to (2018 CE) 5778; and the Asian Flu in 1957, which is exactly 61 years prior to (2018 CE) 5778.

As of today, Monday, the Mexican flu strain has spread to NY, TX, CA, KS,, OH and to both coasts of Canada. If this is the big one, it will be the 4th in the final 100 hundred years, the first one having occurred exactly 2 jubilee years before 5778 and the last one, having occurred exactly 1 jubilee year, out of the exactly 66.6 jubilee years (50 year interval as spelled out in the Bible) between the Exodus (10 plagues) in 2448 and 5778.  All together, vis-a-vis 5778, the 3 deadly pandemics occurred 2 + 1.22 + 1 = 4.22 jubilee years before 5778, and 422 as readers of The Divine Calendar know, is the numerical value of “seventy,” as in the 70 years that Israel will celebrate in 2018 CE (5778).

And if in this year of our 44th US President, who had just held court in Latin America, the Mexican Flu of 2009 is the 4th one, then all 4 deadly Flu epidemics will have occurred exactly 4.4 jubilee years before 2018, with 44 being the value of the first plague, dam (blood), and also the ordinal value (placement within the Hebrew alphabet) of the initials of all 10 plagues. The 2nd plague by the way, was frogs (tzarfdea) of numerical value 444.

You can decide for yourself if there are any connections. Back in 1918, between 20 and 40% of the world became infected and 25 million or more people died; today, our scientists and medical staffs are much better prepared.   In this week that the 61st anniversary of Israel is celebrated and the 4th epidemic of swine flu was announced and pronounced to the world, it’s interesting for Torah scholars and kabbalists alike that the Hebrew word plague (nega, NGA) is repeated 65 times (or 61 + 4) in this week’s double reading.

But what’s better than interesting is that the  Arizal and tzaddikim have provided us a spiritual antidote for plagues hidden within the 42-Letter Name of G-d (Ana B’koach or Genesis Prayer), but more about that in out next article.

One last note for those that believe like the kabbalists that there are spiritual causes behind the worlds physical ills, this same weekend also brought NY Times articles to the effect that the Wall Street and banking bonuses are already back up to their pre-crises levels.  Now what was it that the Bible said about “hardening Pharaoh’s heart?”

Phi in the Sky

I’m sorry for the delay in my posts. I’ve been working all week on the follow up article to the 10 Utterances and it’s such a crucial topic that spans 5 Torah portions that it’s taking longer then anticipated.

Meanwhile, one of you had asked me for some deeper math–everyone else can take a deep breath. I’ve only seen a glimpse of the complexity of the math behind the Torah, but it was enoughto know that with our gematria cipher connections, square roots, sums of integers, factorials, and with our simple formulas we are only cruising the surface. The truth would make an MIT professor blush.

One bit I will share today partials covers the amazing mathematic constant Phi. The understanding about this marvelous primordial constant will help explain why G-d based His divine plan and calendar around the numbers 5778, 666, and 18.

As readers of There’s Nothing Random About the Universe know, besides Pi, there is another primordial mathematical constant that also came into being at the exact moment of Creation and that is Phi (1.61803399…). The Greeks called it the golden mean because it governs all the spiraling growth in the universe, from the petals on a flower and the branches of a tree, to our DNA and the arms of the Milky Way.

Just like Pi, which mathematically bends a straight line into a circle regardless of its size, so too does Phi dictate the proportions and the angles in which a natural spiral grows. Phi is considered golden for another reason; everything that’s built using the phi proportion (1.61803399 : 1) is said to be in perfect harmony visually, spatially, and spiritually, and this resonates with our senses and sensibilities.

The thing about Phi that makes it so special and significant for us is that it’s based on unity, the number One (1) as in “He and His Name are One” and “G-d is One” and “One Soul.” All other numbers are constructed by dividing 1 into segments or equal or disproportionate length. The Phi division is always proportionate and always reflects the original unity (1).

We’ll get into what phi looks like in a moment, but we’d like to illustration Phi’s connection to unity first, and since the phi proportion formula Phi = 1 + 1/Phi can be expanded recursively to obtain a continuous fraction of 1‘s, we get :

Phi = [1;1,1,1,…] = 1 + 1/(1+1/(1+1/(1+…)

and also its reciprocal:

Phi-1 = [0;1,1,1,…] = 0 + 1/(1+1/(1+1/(1+…)

Moreover, since the phi proportion can also be writing as the equation Phi2= 1+ Phi we likewise get the continuous square root unity (1) formula:

Phi = √(1+√(1+√(1+√(1+…)

That said, we should also note that Phi can be equally constructed with the square root of 5, pretty appropriate considering G-d gave us the 5 Books of Moses.

Now, Phi, as a number, is an irrational constant whose digits go on and on infinitely, and thus dividing or multiplying by it should only infrequently give us a whole number. Well, actually, it never can, but if we set our criteria as the rounding off of the resultant numbers at three or more decimal places (i.e. 2207.0001) then we should come up a relatively small, yet still sizeable set of numbers, given that we’re considering all the known whole numbers in the universe.

Now, Phi has a very special property and that is that when we square it (multiply it by itself) it is really the same as adding a 1 to the number, which is what was expressed in the formulas above, but what it means is that 1.61803399 squared = 2.61803399. And the same holds true when we take the inverse of Phi, or 1/Phi, which is 1/1.61803399, and get .61803399, which is precisely Phi-1.

This special property is what actually gives Phi the ability to form spiraling effects on numbers, matter, and on energy. But be that as it may, any irrational constant, including Phi, when multiplied by itself or any other non-whole number for that matter will give another irrational number, and thus give us the same unlikelihood of getting a whole number rounded off to 3 decimal places.

Now, we said all this preamble because there is one number that is not only part of that short set of numbers wholly divisible by phi (1.61803399+) to 3 decimal places, but its equally so by Phi2 and by 1/Phi. Moreover, it’s also part of an even smaller set that’s also wholly divisible to the same extent by Phi3 and also by (Phi2+1), (Phi-1), (Phi-1)2, and (Phi-1)3, and also (Phi-2), and also (Phi-3) and by (Phi2-4) and (Phi3-4)2 too.

Even given an infinite set of numbers to work with, the resultant set of numbers that can do this is getting quite limited and most of them if they exist, are only multiples of 5778, yes 5778, as in the surface temperature of the Sun, 5778 K and the year the tzaddikim have given us for the geula (final redemption) and the coming of the Moshiach, the Messiah.

That a number even exists which can be evenly divided by several different endless irrational constants is mind boggling, but that relatively miniscule set dwindles down to just a single number when we further apply the criteria of dividing it by Phi-1, by Phi-2, Phi-3, by (Phi-2 +1), and (Phi-6 +1) and by the square root of 5 as well, or in mathematical notation √5.

The next series of minor revelations may shed some light though on the process by which 5778 became so unique. When we divide 5778 by Phi raised to the power of 15, or Phi15 , it equates to approximately 4.24, which is the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David, the Messiah, Son of David.

And then when we divide 5778 by Phi raised to the power of 16 we get 5778/Phi16 = 2.61803399 = Phi2. And then when we divide 5778 by Phi raised to the power of 17 we get 5778/Phi17 = 1.61803399 = Phi. And finally, when we divide 5778 by Phi raised to the power of 18 we get 1, or written as an equation 5778/ Phi18 = 1.0000000….

5778/ Phi18 = 1.0000000….

in other words

Phi18 = 5778

So it all boils down to Phi18 = 5778 and the square root of 18 = 4.242640,  the numerical value of Mashiach Ben David..

The number 18, the numerical value of chai, life, is of course 18 = 6 + 6 +6 and there exists a soecial trigonometric relationship between Phi and 666 such that:

Phi/2 = sin 666° = cos(6x6x6°)

and thus

Phi = sin 666° + cos(6x6x6°)

Like I said, it gets pretty complicated underneath the codes. And for those that may question further there assumptions/beliefs that the Mashiach is supposed to arrive in the year 6000, ponder this:

360°/phi 222.5°


6000 – 222 = 5778

360 degrees is a full cirle, once again unity and oneness.

Yes, Mashiach may come in late 5777 and the geula in 5778. Please do not get hung up on that.  The point is that G-d has a plan and we have hope, and need to work to be part of that plan to convert our hopes into reality, the reality of the tree-of-life.

Naming Names; The Gifts we’ve been Given.

What’s in a Name? Why does the Torah pause to list them? What happened 3330 years ago (66.6 jubilee years) that we NEED to understand to help us today?

“These are the names of the sons of Israel who came to Egypt with Jacob…”

The second of the 5 Books of Moses is named Exodus, but in the original Hebrew it is Shmot, the Hebrew word for Names, and as in all the portions and Books of the Torah, the seed level of its energy and inspiration is in its first few words. Thus the seed level impetuous for the Exodus from Egypt, the end of the exile from Egypt, and the giving of the Torah, is in the first few words of the Book.

The very first word, V’eleh (VELH), links us both to the beginning of the Torah and Creation itself, and to all the events, and to the 42 journeys the Israelites will make during the entire rest of the Torah. It’s numerical value is 42, and it’s pretty obvious that 42 Shmot (42 Names) a reference to the 42-Letter Name of G-d utilized in the splitting of the Sea of Reeds and present in all the significant Biblical journeys, such as the one referred to in this verse.

The second set of Names hinted at here is a little more cryptic and is concealed with in the word for Names, Shmot (ShMVT) itself, whose gematria value is 746 and whose ordinal value is 62, as in the 62 letter yuds in the 10 Commandments (utterances) whose collectively equate to 620, that of keter, the highest crowning sefira (dimension). This connection to the 10 Utterances is not without significance because is we add the progressive form of the number 4 for the 4 letters in Shmot, we get 4+3+2+1=10 and 62 + 10 = 72, as in the 72 Names of G-d utilized in the splitting of the Sea of Reeds (Red Sea) and the complete value for Shmot, defined by 746+62+10= 818, the sum of the small gematria of the 216 letters in the 72 Names (Triplets).

Before we get into the Names themselves and their mechanics, we should ask why the Torah felt the need to put them first and foremost in this Book concerning the Exodus, the end of the first exile, and the reception of the Torah and tree-of-life reality at Sinai.

It’s because the first exile is mimicked in the last, and we’re going to need these Names (Tools) to split our own Red Sea and to get out. Upon very careful reading of the Torah as guided by chazal, we can see that on one level the Israelites never wanted to leave Egypt. They were slaves to their own desires and that was their bondage that they needed to break.

We’re no different today, slaves to our materialistic desires, to our own personal agendas. A slave has no freedom to choose. And for all the visible freedoms of our society, we can’t even see our own souls, let alone anyone else’s. The illusions of our everyday needs and desires are so thick we can’t even imagine the tree-of-life reality behind the curtains where are already have everything we need. The manna and wells of Miriam, and clouds of glory are there, ready to shelter and sustain us with everything we need, but almost no one day even imagines them to have once been real, let alone to be an option for us to choose. That is our slavery, utter and nearly complete.

In Shmot 4:21 G-d made Pharaoh obstinate. That is to say, up to that point he was reasonable and would have granted Moses request in Shmot 5:3 for a 3 day vacation for the Israelites to make sacrifices in the desert.

But the Israelites didn’t want the desert, or to make sacrifices anymore than we do today. Which is why the dark side is also becoming more obstinate. It wasn’t enough that we had to make our daily bricks to pay our bills to the man-made system that sustains us and to achieve our false reality dreams, but now thanks to the financial crises we have to make them without straw.

Shmot 6:1 “..[Pharaoh] will be forced to drive them from his land.” Why would he have to be forced to drive they out if they will so willing to escape? Because they didn’t want to got.

We to will have to forced out. It’s coming, along with the frigid winds blowing across the lands. The Bible has given us a blueprint.

Then in Shmot 6:9 after Moses conveyed G-d words to the Israelites they rebuked him and would not leave, which is why in Shmot 6:10 G-d tells Moses, to then go to Pharaoh “and he will let them leave.”

G-d couldn’t wake up the Israelites, so he shuck up the oppressive powers that gripped them–the banking systems, the marketplaces, the insurance system, the political systems. And he kept shaking until the Israelites fell off their perches in the branches of the tree of Good and evil.

This level of interpretation dovetails with all the later cries (complaints) to Moses by the Israelites to return to Egypt where the melons were so delicious and the steaks were so juicy–pretty good food for slaves. People couldn’t realize there are other options (spiritual options) when their mouths were full, so G-d forced them to imagine the food when they were empty. And with His help, they did, and manna tasted like anything they wanted it to.

We too today are slaves, and everyday more food is being taken out of our mouths. We too will be forced to imagine a new reality, and He will be there to help us when we do. It’s a leap of faith, just like jumping into the Red Sea before it split. But even then after witnessing the 10 plagues it still took the armed Egyptians at their backs for the Israelites to jump. What will it take us?

We’ve been given the same Names to use as our tools as the Israelites, who were stuck in the darkness of Egypt 66.6 jubilee years ago (50 year intervals). So I guess, it’s time we learn to use them (properly).

Time at the moment the Names were given to the Israelites, as marked by the passage of the Torah readings, has consumed 50 Biblical chapters , 1 grand jubilee year of 2448 years, equal to all 2448 years of the 4 exiles culminating in 5778 HC. Yes, the Patriarchs and the tzaddikim had them earlier as the tzaddikim continue to use them to this day, but it’s a paradigm shift when they are made available to everyone. Moses and Aaron alone couldn’t end the exile–the people had to do it for themselves.

The number 50 to the kabbalists represents the 50 Gates of Binah (understanding). It can also chas v’shalom (G-d forbid) represent the 50 gates of negativity, which the trapped Israelites in Egypt were knocking on back then.

But, with G-d’s help and the arrival of Moses, and 10 plagues followed by 10 miracles the Israelites woke up and received the Torah and 10 Utterances at Mount Sinai. Because of this awakening and reception, there were an additional 137 chapters of the Torah, and 137 is the numerical value of the word Kabbalah, meaning “to receive. We received another 137 chapters of Life.

In one of the strangest Torah passages, it says G-d wanted to kill Moses. That would have been it, light out just before the Israelites reached the 50th gate. G-d would not have allowed them to enter the 50th gate of negativity. That passage was in Shmot 4:24, and when it was decided to kill Moses the Man, Moses Mashiach Ben David rose in his place in order to not only save his generation, but to save ours, all the generations.

We’re knocking on the gates again, and need all the tools the Torah has to offer us in order to help ourselves and to merit the help of Moses again.

Then in Shmot 6:11, the Torah starts listing the heads of the Tribes and their genealogy, where it mentions three lifespans, all in the genealogy of Moses. It’s notable that 611 is the numerical value for Torah and that 616 is the numerical value for H’Torah (“the Torah”) because it’s in Shmot 6:16, the Torah starts with the phrase “V’Eleh Shmotagain, and it’s here where it gives us the 3 direct ancestors of Moses.

It was back in Shmot 1:1 where we last saw the phrase V’Eleh Shmot and the Torah listed Israel’s (Jacob’s) children who came to Egypt with him. Their initials in the order they were listed added up to 616 for the first 10, leaving Asher as the 11th, whose name makes up the central part of the powerful Name Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh “I am that I am,” but more about that later.

We’re told that Levi lived for 137 years; Kehoth lived for 133 years: and Amram, lived for 137 years. All together the last 3 generations until Moses, the 26th Generation in the live of Adam, lived 407 years, and the secret here is that the square root of 407 is 20.17424 or the fusion of the year 2017 CE, which is when the prophesied years 5778 begins, and 424, the numerical value of Moshiach Ben David. This hints of Moshe’s (Mose’s) connection to Mashiach and that he will return as H’Moshiach, which is reinforced by the fact that the numerical sum of the names Levi, Kehoth and Amram is 901, because the sum of all the positive integers through 424 (Mashiach Ben David) is 90100, which significantly enough is also analogous to the 90100 Yuds, Heys and Vavs in the Torah, the 3 component letters of the Tettragrammaton (YHVH).
