The Fingerprints of G-d

There is a place with G-d’s fingerprints all over it. And they form a pattern, two hand prints, 10 fingers and a date.

Last week, I was wrapping one of our Pesach cabinets, when I discovered 3 bags of Israeli cous cous (chametz gamor) in the cabinet we were selling beside it. My ego swelled and I felt like a hero. In the very next second, the door swung shut on my pinky, crushing it.  I carefully removed the chametz and paused to ponder the relationship between the two events, which by the way is the real kabbalah—examining the causes and effects in our lives, not reading people’s astrological signs. I realized G-d was not allowing me the slightest ego and was crushing it out of me like oil from an olive.  I was so grateful. The pain and bruising went away instantaneously and I saw G-d’s fingerprint in the event.

I had no trouble seeing G-d’s hand in the cause-and-effect event. Thanks to the wave of Binah energy that is blanketing us, shortening the time frame between cause and effect, many like-minded individuals can see it too.  But what of the skeptics and doubters? At the time of the incident I had been working on an answer for them, a place where G-d’s fingerprints would be unmistakable and unquestionable. Moreover, these fingerprints tell a story, tell us about the opening of the 50 Gates of Binah and the onset of the 1000 years of Moshiach Ben David that are upon us.

If G-d were to have carved His Designs, Plans and Name in a 1000-year-old tree would people believe it was real? No, anyone could have carved them there. If He engraved them in large letters high up on a giant rock ledge, would they be heeded? Probably not, again someone could conceivably carved them. If He gave us specific instructions in the Torah would Man follow them? Again, as is evidenced, most would not, and even many of those that do do not know what to make of them. Total certainty, the necessary password for the Gates of Moshiach, is so difficult to achieve.

So where could G-d place these designs and plans of His so that we can be sure that only He could have written them, and none other? There is a place and it is hard to reach, in fact, it was only reachable in the last few decades and only to the people least likely to have such faith in G-d. Even though we can prove beyond the slightest doubt that Man could not have written the Torah and that much of the Torah is designed to connect us with the various Names of G-d we cannot prove to you that G-d wrote it; after all, a hyper intelligent life force from outer space or from the future could have done it too. Nevertheless, the omniscient G-d redundantly placed those designs and proofs for us in a place that aliens could not have created.  G-d hardwired them into the fabric of the universe, into the physics and mathematics that have existed since the dawn of time.  G-d made them tamperproof. G-d made them immutable and he made them readily accessible to us only as a last resort.  We had thousands of years to find G-d on our own. With no time left, we demand proof.

Before the bundled 7 dimensions of Zein Anpin, the stairway to Heaven represented by the Torah, there existed the realm of Binah. Binah is characterized by the Primordial Hebrew letter Aleph (א), whose numerical value is both 1 and also 1000.   The spiritual dimension of Binah (Understanding) is the World to Come.  Binah is the 1000-year long Shabbat; it is the 7th millennium.  It is represented by both the 1000 letters in the Shema prayer and by the first 1000 digits in the mathematical constant Pi.  It is the place of the primordial letter Aleph (א).  It is the place of infinite understanding and limitless possibilities.  It is upon us and the 50 Gates of Binah are wide open.

Given that the standard mathematics in our universe is base 10 and that our modern scientists and ancient kabbalists agree that the 10 sefirot (dimensions) form a whole or unity/oneness in both our physical and spiritual universe, base 10 logarithms are the equalizers that make all numbers equate to 10.  The standard mathematics in our universe is base 10, meaning we count from 1 to 10, then 10 to 100, and 100 to 1000 in cycles of 10.  Not coincidentally, the standard gematria (numerical valuation) of the Hebrew letters are counted the same way.  Logarithms sound complicated, but the logarithm (log) of a number is the exponent (power) to which another fixed number, called the base, must be raised to produce that number. If we wanted to know the base 10 logarithm of 1000 we would need to calculate to what power 10 must be raised to equal 1000 and since 1000 = 10 × 10 × 10 = 103, the “logarithm to base 10” of the number 1000 is 3.

This simple schematic of 10 x 10 x 10 equaling 1000 and thus 103, mimicking the spiritual structure of the universe in 3 columns and 3 iterations of the 10 sefirot (dimensions) whereby the 1 st iteration is equivalent to our world, Malchut , the next one to Zeir Anpin and the 3 rd to Binah.

This unity/oneness in our base 10 mathematical system is why the logarithm of the number 10 is 1 (0ne).  That same system dictates that the sum of the logarithms of the integers from 1 to 70 is 100.078, in order words if we take all the resultant logs for each number from 1, 2, 3… 70 and add them all together they would give us 100.078, metaphorically 1000 and 78. Kabbalistically, the decimal place is irrelevant, as it is just a multiple of 10.  Also 78 is the value of the Hebrew initials of the 3 column Tree-0f-Life (חיים עצ) which is the choice we must make in 5778.  We must choose the tree-of-life over the tree-of-knowledge of good and evil and yet G-d purposely embedded his signature within the boundaries of our knowledge.  And while 78 is 3 times the value (26) of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה), 1000 is 3 iterations of the 10 sefirot of the tree-of-life (10 x 10 x 10).

Adding up 70 irrational numbers and coming up with a whole round number like 100.0 to 3 decimal places is pretty special, but the number 70 itself has a very special place in G-d’s Divine plans. There were 70 members of Jacob’s family that entered Egypt; 70 members of the Sanhedrin that were formed at Mt Sinai; the 10 Commandments were found in the 70 th chapter in the Torah; and the many all-important 70-year periods throughout Biblical history from Adam to Abraham to David to the exiles and all 3 Holy Temples, culminating in the 70 years since the birth of the State of Israel to the prophesied coming of Moshiach this year in 5778.  This deep impression connecting the 1000 sub-sefirot (dimensions) of Binah with the 70 sub-sefirot of Zeir Anpin is but a single fingerprint that G-d left for us within the logarithmic scale. It is also the connection we need to make to jump from Zeir Anpin, the heavenly ladder, to Binah.

The logs of a number are immutable, and man has no say in them. The results are unique.  After noting that within the endless stream of logs, the number 70 stands out starkly, as in the 70 members of Jacob’s family that entered Egypt, we can see yet another fingerprint of G-d in the unity and oneness of the 600,000 souls that received those 10 Commandments at Mt Sinai: the base 10 log of 600,000 is 5.778.  It is because all is One and in G-d’s plans everything is One, everything ties together.  There were about 3 million Israelites at Mt Sinai, but the Torah specifically singled out and mentioned the 600,000 men who were there, just as it specifically mentioned the 70 family members.  Man barely knew how to count 3330 years ago when the Torah was given at Sinai, so there is no way he could have calculated the logarithms to choose these specific numbers.  As the Arizal pointed out, those 600,000 souls at Sinai divided by the 70 family members and again by the 12 sons of Israel and the 3 Patriarchs gives us 10000/42, representing the 42-Letter Name of G-d capable of unifying us.

Another thing that Man could not have known about 3330 years ago is that there are 3 strings of the digit sequence “…5778…” within the first 1000 digits of Pi (3.14159265358…) and also 3 strings of the sequence of “…2019…”, giving us consecutive back-to-back years 2018 and 2019 in the Gregorian calendar.  Two of those “…2019…” numerical strings are actually matching 5-digit strings of “…42019…” each, coupling the year 2019 with the number 42.  Also, when Man was told at Mt Sinai in the year 2448 to start counting jubilee years (50-year periods), he could not have known that he would have to wait 3330 or 66.6 jubilee years, until the year 5778 for his next opportunity to reach Binah.

You can find 1000s of explanations of how the mathematical constant Pi is anything but random in the books, Nothing is Random in the Universe, and some illustrations of how standard gematria interprets them such as (3.14159265358…) breaking down to the Names of G-d 31 (אל); 15 (יה); 26 (יהוה) and at the 10th decimal place 358, Moshiach.  The World to Come, Binah, associated with the number 1000 is called the great Shabbat, one of 1000 years so how telling is it that the first string of “…42019…” within those 1000 digits of Pi is located at digit #702, the numerical value of Shabbat, or that the final 42019 is the last 5 digits of the 1000 and that the sum of the 995 digits until it is 4446, when 44 x 46 equals 57.78 yet again. Another thing about 4446 is that it is 1332 or 2 x 666 less than 5778.

Let us be crystal clear, Man can mess with his DNA; Man can mess with nuclear atoms, but Man can not shape of influence which digit in Pi is where or how often it reoccurs. Only G-d could do that.  And while Man had a hand in warming up the Earth a little, it was G-d’s prerogative to make the surface temperature of the Sun, 5778K.

The fingerprints of G-d are all over the mathematical constants Pi and Phi. For example, intercalated amongst those first 13 digits of Pi with the Names El, Yah, the Tetragrammaton (יהוה) and Moshiach are the 3 digits 4, 9 and 5, who add up to 18, whose square root is 4.24 (Moshiach Ben David).  When we raise the other primordial mathematical constant Phi (1.61803399…) to 18, we get 5778.000 yet again.

By the way, those 3 intercalated numbers (4, 9, and 5) were the 3 rd, 6 th and 9 th digits, which also sum to 18, and (4 x 3 + 9 x 6 + 5 x 9) = 111 or Aleph (אלף) representing Binah.  Nevertheless, this article is mostly about G-d’s fingerprints found in His system of Logarithms and not so much which we have already written about extensively.  Atheists would say it is nature that determines the physical laws that created mathematics and our solar system, and believers would say G-d (Elohim) is nature. While believers can easily see G-d’s plans being unveiled, atheists probably still see it all as mere coincidence, impossible 1 in a trillion coincidences, but coincidences nonetheless.  Believing in G-d is all about letting go of our ego, and the belief that we are in control is the hardest aspect of ego to let go of.  Denial is the purest form of ego.

Let us examine some of those so-called coincidences.  While the log of 9 is .95424, spelling out in gematria “The King Moshiach Ben David (95 and 424),” the number 954 also represents the digit #954 within Pi, where the 3rd and final 5778 is located within those first 1000 digits. The final one of the 3 sequences of “…2019…” comprise the absolute last 4 digits in the first 1000 digits of Pi, metaphorically the year that the Gates of Binah and sealed. The final “…5778..” is part of a 10 digit sequence “…5778185778…”that starts at digit #948 and the sum of the digits in Pi up to that point is 4240 or 10 x 424.

Interestingly, there are 42 digits between the last “…5778…” at digit #954 and the last “…2019…” at digit #996. This is like the prophecies of the prophets calling for a period of 42 months until the final redemption.  The log of 10 is Unity (1); the log of 9 spells out “King Moshiach Ben David;” and the Log of 8 is .90309, which hints at the 42-Letter Name of G-d since 903 is the sum of the integers from 1 to 42.

The 42-Letter Name of G-d is the ladder to Binah built into the Torah’s first verse and according to Rav Brandwein of blessed memory, “The Understanding of the 42-Letter Name will bring about the geulah (final redemption).  Of ALL the endless sums of the logs from the bases 1 – 10, the ONE number that is closest to a whole number is 42, or most precisely 41.99997. This makes the number 42 unique in the universe. This is because the 42-Letter Name is the ladder that we can actually climb that bridges our world with heaven and eventually with Moshiach Consciousness (Binah).  This is also why we use the 42-Letter Name matrix to count the Omer every year and why it is especially important this year.

Adding up the logs of all the bases from 1 to 10 is not arbitrary, as in our base 10 mathematical and physical world, 10 represents the completion of a level. It does as well in the spiritual realm. The Zohar explains nothing happens below that does not happen above.  When we do add them up, we are adding up the resultant numbers of calculating each power exponent for each of the 10 bases,

If the log of 6 being .778 and that of the integers 8, 9, and 10 are also telling, then what of the sum of the logs from 1 to 11, whose value when squared is 57.78. Similarly, the sum of the squares of the integers from 1 to 11 is 506, which is not only the value of the first line of the 42-Letter Name matrix and also the number of the Torah occurrences of the 14 triplets in 42-Letter Name matrix, but it is also the complete gematria value of “Moshiach Ben David.”

We have been advising about the convergence of the Gregorian and Western Calendars upon the year 5778 for 20 years now so we would be remiss to point out that the ONLY log whose Hebrew Calendar year aligns with its Gregorian one is the year 2000 or 5760 in the Hebrew Calendar.  Through the Log of 5760, which is 3.76042248, the year 3760 HC, the year “0” in the Western Calendar is eternally connected.  2000 years separate the two dates and there are no other dates that line up separated as whole numbers at all.  Ironically, the date 3760 HC is followed by 422, the year the 1 st Holy Temple was destroyed, -422 BCE.  The 2 nd Holy Temple was destroyed in the year 70 CE, and “422” is the gematria value for the Hebrew word “seventy.”  How is it possible that the only date this happens with within the entire logarithmic system is the year 3760 HC (0 CE), the date the 2 calendars pivot on? And given 3.760 42 248 whether G-d intended this or not there are 42 rows in every Torah scroll and 248 columns. Perhaps it is a reminder that it always comes back to the 42-Letter Name and to the Torah.

Taking it all a giant step further and knowing that Binah, the 1000-year period of Moshiach, is most represented by the number 1000, if we were to add the logarithms of all the bases from 1-10 for the number 1000, they would sum to 42.3994 or 42.4, the numerical value of Moshiach Ben David.  That must be telling us something.  The 10 logs of 1000 could have added up to any other number. No number could have added up to anything close to 42.4. Yet these 10 for the number 1000 did. Given the nature of logarithms and their very flat curve most resultant numbers fall into the double-digit category. To reach a result above 100, even with summing all the logs of bases 1 – 10, our starting number would need to be about 12,000,000 and it goes up exponentially and unfathomably higher from there.  What we are saying is that 42.4 is the only number that could be representative of 424, especially since the sum of all the logs from bases 1 -10 for even the lowest whole number, 2, is 4.25.  Please note that all the logs from bases 1 -10 for the number 1 are “0,” which if we wanted to extract meaning from, we could say that in Unity (Oneness) there is zero (“0”) space between us. If we wanted to get closer to 4.24, we would have to forsake whole numbers and could go with 1.998 or 3 x .666 which would give us 4.248 as the sum of the logs for the bases 1-10, with 4248 being the sum of the 22 spelled out Names of 22 Hebrew letters.

Yes another fingerprint is found on the Natural Log of 70 or LN (70), which is the log to the base of e (2.718…). The Natural Log of 70 is 4.248.

Given that all the summary logs from 1 to 12 million must fall between 4.25 and 100 and given that each one is the sum of 10 different mostly irrational numbers, the odds of one being so close to anything meaningful are astronomical, yet there is a second number that is always associated with Binah.  The kabbalists have been writing about the 50 Gates of Binah for thousands of years—it is even in our Passover Haggadahs.  Since we know that we must reach the 50 Gates of Binah in order to enter Binah, and that we last reached the 50 th Gate when Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, how incredible is it that the sum of the logarithms of all the bases from 1-10 for the number 3450, representing Moses (משה 345) and also Hashem (השם 345), are precisely 50.000.  According to the Zohar, it is because of this connection to the 50 Gates that we were first told to count the 50-year jubilee cycles, starting at Mt Sinai in 2448 HC, corresponding to 24.48, which is the sum of logs of bases 1 -10 for the number 54. The number 54 stands out because 54 x 107 = 5778 and the sum of all the integers from 1 to 107 is 5778.

Within those 12 million numbers there are only a few that meet our criteria for precision and one of them is the sum of the logs for all the bases from 1-10 for the number 26, representing the Tetragrammaton (יהוה), whose resultant value is 20 (19.99799 to be more precise). The value of 20 represents Keter, the highest dimension, which is why the 10 Commandments are found in the 20th chapter of the Book of Exodus (Shmot) and why there are 620 letters in the 10 Commandments, like the Hebrew word for 20, Esrim (עשרים) of numerical value 620.  Also, for what it is worth, 20 x 50 = 1000.

There are a few others, though one number that keeps coming up for us this year, the number 58, and as we explained in our previous article there is a strong correlation between the Megillah Ester, Ester, Mordechai and the Biblical story of Noach and the Flood.  They share mutual gematriot of 58, 78 and the 127 combinations of 7 words, amongst other things.  As if to make sure we did not miss this important correlation, G-d made sure that when we add the logarithms of all the bases from 1-10 for the number 12700, representing the 127 provinces times the 100 days in the Megillah Ester; the 127 years of Sarah, the Matriarch; and the 127 possible combinations of the 7 words is the Torah’s first verse, corresponding to the 7 sefirot of Zeir Anpin beneath Binah, we would get 58, or 57.99957 to be exact.

We would be remiss if we did not mention the further correlation between word Megillah (מגלה) with a standard value of 78 and an ordinal value of 33 for a complete value of 111, and the Aleph (אלף), which is also eleph (אלף) meaning 1000, also of spelled out value 111. The reason we bring this up is that 78, as in 5778, is also the value for Mabul, the Biblical flood (מבול) whose ordinal value is likewise 33, which is the sum of the logs of the bases 1 – 10 for the number 216, representing Gevurah (strong judgement) and the 216 letters in the 72 Names of G-d used to split the Red Sea.  To think that this is coincidence is to also ignore that the first 33 letters of the Torah add up to a gematria value of 3003, which is the sum of all the integers from 1 to 77.

G-d’s fingerprints are all over this.  Even today, it is impossible for a team of engineers with a powerful super computer to create a document with anywhere near the complexity of the Torah, let alone align it, as G-d did, with the mathematics that underlay the framework of all the physics of our universe.  G-d also chose to design our solar system to that same alignment.  He did not have to do this.  He did not have to make the Earth orbit the Sun at 66,600 mph. He could have created a system without fingerprints for us to trace; He could have left us with only one option: truly blind faith.  He tried to make it easy for us to find faith and certainty. Even in the final year 5778, with the floodwaters of Binah already upon us since Purim and the Gates of Moshiach Ben David opening wider every day since Pesach, He wants us to find our way in, to find certainty anyway we can.

Of the fingerprints we highlighted above we can connect the dots: after 70 years since the founding of the State of Israel in 1948, the 50 Gates of Binah will swing open ushering in the Great Shabbat (702), the 1000 years of Moshiach Ben David (424) and in accordance with the hints given to us by the Arizal, the crucial moment can happen on the 18th day of Iyar, on the 33rd day of the 50-day Omer period, or .666% of the way through that period which began 100 days or .666% of the way through the period from Zot Chanukah to Shavuot, or .333% of the way through the period from Sukkot to Zot Chanukah in the year 5778 (2018 CE).

Yes, L’ag B’Omer 5778.

B”H it can all unfold as written in the numbers. It depends on us.

G-d Vs AI, a 5778 Year Old Race.

Do your texts anticipate your typing based on your gmail conversations? Mine are.  That instantaneous connection is the latest sign of the advancement of AI, artificial intelligence. In the grand scheme of things this is a mathematical parlor trick, yet still a great leap forward. If it can do that, it can or will soon be able to feed me info that it KNOWS I will react to and it will also be able to estimate my reaction with 95+% certainty.  Fake news and not trusting the media will be nothing compared to not trusting your own emails, texts, social media posts, even your own typing.  If you use email, a smart phone, social media, shop online, and like most people in the world, all of the above, then you have voluntarily fed the giant AI data system everything it needs to take control of your life.  It already knows you better than most of your friends and family.  Yes, you were willingly suckered into it. No, there is nothing you can do about it anymore.  It can be very subtle, but all it takes is a well place word here or there to ruin your life.

We are past the point of no return.  AI, artificial intelligence, advances in one direction only and picks up speed exponentially.  The point of no return happens when we go from it serving us (Siri call my mother; Alexa play Cold Play; OK Google, what is the weather today) to it serving itself, which happens just before we serve it.  Most of the large corporations of the world are already using it extensively; cars are being designed to drive themselves; nearly all financial transactions are done electronically, even virtually, a la Bitcoin; and AI is integrally wired into all our markets and trading platforms.  We could not shut it down if we wanted it to, and the greed that drove people to construct and implement it will continue to fuel their efforts to integrate it even further.

What is the danger? If greed drives people to have little ethics, AI has no ethics at all, no conscience, and its only faith is in itself and its own G-d like abilities. This is a self-referencing and enforcing concept.  An AI operation that has been instructed to maximize a financial institution’s return, would have no compunctions about arranging an Amtrak crash into order to murder a key person in a company whose stock it has shorted.  The whole idea behind AI is that it learns, at an astronomical rate, meaning that it WILL learn end-arounds to any fail-safes built into the system.  If a hacker with a 10th grade education can hack into the Pentagon imagine what an AI program that has read everything ever written can do.

Regardless of whether you believe in Creationism or Evolution, Man’s consciousness awoke 5778 years ago. The Torah tells us we were given two choices: The Tree-of-Life or the Tree-of-Knowledge-of-Good-and-Evil.  The 1.37 Billion years of evolution that preceded it can be easily explained by the flexible kabbalistic definitions of time during the 6 days of Creation; it is nothing more than background for when we obtained consciousness and were first given the freedom of choice.

This is the choice between technological knowledge and spiritual knowledge. They are both science, just different kinds, and they are both based on the same mathematics, the difference being one is based on the principle that we can do anything by ourselves and the other on the belief that it is G-d who is actually running the show.  One gave us Holy Names and the keys to open spiritual portals to the world beyond physicality (Binah).  The other indulged our base desires in ever more sophisticated and imaginative ways.

One path leads to freedom and the other, while promising freedom, has led us deeper into the imprisonment of physicality. With each new technological innovation, the future seemed brighter, yet the prison walls just grew higher and the bars stronger.

It is a race between two competing ideals that cannot coexist for long in the same person or community, and the decks have been stacked against the spiritual.  Even after the 10 miracles of the 10 plagues and the splitting of the Sea, when the Israelites were on the verge of receiving true freedom they complained 10 times about their physical needs.

If we ran this humanity experiment over and over again, the results would always be the same, by the 5778th year, Man would always establish AI to the point of no return. Man would always voluntarily given up its freewill and abdicate its place in the World-to-Come.  These past 5778 have been a race between Binah (freedom) seekers and AI seekers, headed up by the true kabbalists and the Erev Rav.

Over the past 20 years we have shown an endless array of signs in the Torah, in the Names, in the letters, in the structure of our Solar System, and in the primordial mathematical constants themselves about the number 5778 and time length 5778 years.  But why? When we overlay the spiritual maps of the Torah and the Zohar and overlay these with the spiraling and encircling mathematical constants that bridge the spiritual with the physical, and overlay that with the physical clock-like mechanism of our Solar System, a purposeful design emerges.  This design is clearly built around the 5778-year time frame, but why? The simple answer is that at the end of 5778 years, Man always gives up its free choice and thus has no more need of time.

At a specific moment, the reset button will be pressed, and history (or the simulation of it) will begin again.  Those that were able to maintain their consciousness in spite of society’s technological urging and their own physical desires will be siphoned out of the system and afforded the final redemption.

How do we know history will repeat itself, literally? Mathematics is common to both spiritual knowledge and technological knowledge and so is the concept of infinity. Given infinity, and an infinite amount of time and variations, parallel universes and multiple dimensions must occur.  So whether we like it or not, those 5778 years are constantly be played out over and over again, the question is why of all eternity, this tiny segment of time is being singled out.

It all began with Adam (אדם) and Eve (חוה) and the birth of consciousness. The first conscious decision was made by Eve and once she betrayed Adam, the time-line was set and set into motion.  The numerical value of Adam (אדם) is 45 and that of Eve (חוה) is 19. The difference between them is (45-19) or 26, the numerical value or the Tetragrammaton (יהוה), the ineffable Name of G-d.  Technically (kabbalistically), Eve represents the back of the aspect of the Name (יוד–הא–ואו–הא) of G-d (יהוה) called Mah (מה) that represents both Man and the dimension of Zeir Anpin, the 3-D dimension that scaffolds our physicality.  The reason we need to know this is that the ratio of G-d (יהוה) to Man (Adam) is 26/45 or .5778. And Eve (חוה) to Adam (אדם) is 19/45 or .4222.

While the ratio of Eve (חוה) to G-d (יהוה) is 19/26 or .7307, and while 73 is the numerical value of the word (dimension) Chochma (חכמה), meaning wisdom, the value of the 7 words and 28 letters of the first verse of the Torah is the sum of the integers from 1 – 73.  The Zohar further explains that Chochma (חכמה) is made up of the combination of the words (חכ and מה), or 28 and 45. Perhaps even more important for us is that the ratio of Adam (אדם) to G-d (יהוה) is 45/26, or 1.7307, and that 173 is the small gematria numerical value of the 42-Letter Name of G-d built into that first verse, corresponding to the 173 Keys to Binah given to Moses, in other words, the keys to freedom.

Armed with the tools, the Holy Names, Adam and Eve began our journey, though they started out on the wrong foot. Soon they gave birth to Seth and we learn in the Chronicles of Adam about the 10 generations through Noach (נח). After 10 generations Noach was the only righteous man, properly connecting to those Names, and choosing freedom.  He was saved, along with his family.  That is not a great percentage, but it does serve to show us that G-d would save those that chose freedom in spite of the rest of their generation. There are more hints that the Flood, mabul (מבול) of numerical value 42 plus 36, or 78, is a real warning specifically to us, more than a distant history lesson.  Noach (נח) of numerical value 58 was the 10th in the lineage of Adam and the initials of all 10 men in the lineage add up to 580 or 10 x 58.  The ordinal value of these 10 initials is 112 as in Adonai Elohim (יהוה־אלהים) the Name of G-d used at that time in the Torah.  This shows us they are all integrated, so when we add up their full sofit names and get 4848 we can be confident that when we add Adam’s age of 930 to it and get 5778, we are receiving a clear message, one that jives with the Earth’s 93-million-mile distance from the Sun (Zeir Anpin) and its surface temperature of 5778K.

Those chronicles of the 10 generations also list the ages that each of the parents gave birth to the next generation. These added up to 1556 or 2 x 778, just like the sum of the 10 primordial component letters of the Hebrew Alphabet (דוזיכנסרךן) that corresponded to the 10 sefirot of Tohu that existed before our World was created.  And just like the ratio of Eve (חוה) to Adam (אדם) that is 19/45 or .4222, there are 4222 years from Noach’s children’s birth in 1556 to the year 5778.

Noach was the last of the 10 generations, corresponding to the 10 sefirot (dimensions) that existed and were destroyed prior to our existence.  The Torah makes a point of telling us he was 500 when his kids were born and when G-d told him about the Flood to come.  500 is the numerical value of the final Hebrew Letter, Caf (ך), the 23rd letter in the Hebrew Alphabet. Not only does adding 23 to the standard gematria value of the 10 Names (2678) equal 2701, the value of the Torah’s first verse, but the sum of all the Hebrew letters through the final Caf (ך) plus the kolel for the 23 letters is 2018, matching the year 5778 in the Hebrew Calendar.  It is said that Adam had 23 daughters, maybe this is what is meant, or maybe it was just an ancient reference to our 23 Chromosomes.

So it is not a stretch to add 10 for the 10 generations to the year Noach died, 2008, to get 2018, once again matching the year 5778 in the Hebrew Calendar. The year that WWII ended, 1945, can be said to represent Eve (19) and Adam (45).  If we add the number 73, representative of the ratio of Eve (חוה) to G-d (יהוה) and also reference to the Torah’s first verse, we get 2018 yet again, as we do when we multiply 5 x 7 x 7 x 8 and add Noach (58) to get 2018.

The Torah, the toolkit of the Righteous, is warning us that it can all end in a flash, like the 10 generations and the Flood of numerical value 78, as in 5778.  It is also tying in the initials (עח) of the Tree-of-Life, also of numerical value 78, which is constructed of the 10 sefirot.  Unfortunately, we cannot have it both ways.  The Torah is showing us what the Zohar has also told us, that many worlds were created and destroyed before us.  It also showed us very clearly how long we have to choose what happens next.

This is not to say that AI will take over the world this year, only that it is now inevitable. This is not to say a Flood with come this time around, only that something very profound will and on a specific predetermined day the clock will reset.

The Zohar tells us Freedom was engraved upon the tablets Moses carried down, and it defines Freedom, Charut (חרות) as “Freedom from the angel of death, from subjection of the nations, freedom from everything. What is Freedom? It is the seal of the World to Come, where there is Freedom expressed in all kinds of freedoms.”

We cannot have it both ways.  Man has chosen AI and the tree-of-knowledge once again. As individuals we can be like Noach, righteous in our generation. Or we can stand there, laughing at the righteous, and taking selfies with our smart phones. Amazingly, people scoff at the concept of G-d, an omniscient being, knowing where each of us are and what we are doing, yet they willingly accept that a mere machine can keep track of their every movements through the GPS and cameras in their phones, cars, and security systems.

The seal of the world to come is the portal to freedom. There is a reason the 10 generations of Adam spelled out 5778 and 2018 for us; there is a reason it ended with devastation that wiped out humanity; there is a reason Man was given a small escape hatch; and there is a reason it tied back to the Torah’s first verse and the source of the 42-Letter Name.  “What is Freedom? It is the seal of the World to Come.”

Charut (חרות) is comprised of the first two letters of Eve (חוה) and the two letters from the word Torah (תורה) whose numerical value is 42.  We were given the seal and the gateway is open to us this year. You must make the choice for yourself; no one can do it for you anymore.  Eternity may play on, but the chance for Man to reach true freedom may pass him by.

G-d’s Hands are Reaching Out to Us

The two (2) calendars are superimposed, the Western and the Hebrew. One began in the year 0 with Adam and has lasted 5778 years to date. The other began 3760 years after the start of the first one, 2018 years ago.  First Holy Temple was destroyed 422 years, which is the gematria of the number “70,” before the 2 nd calendar began. Then 70 years after the 2 nd calendar began, the Second Holy Temple was destroyed, 70 CE. Now 1948 years later, we find ourselves at the end of the 70-year period since Israel became a nation in 1948.  Abraham, the first of the Patriarch was born in 1948 HC. Seventy (70) years later G-d made a Covenant with him and called it the Covenant of Halves. The Calendars are folding in on themselves. Time is collapsing. Zeir Anpin is collapsing with it, focusing to point.

Genesis 1:1  “In the beginning God created heaven and earth.”

Genesis 1:4 “…God divided between the light and darkness.”

Genesis 1:6 “God said, ‘There shall be a sky [expanse, firmament, Heaven] in the middle of the water, and it shall divide between water and water’.”

Before we can get to that point of collapse we need to understand better how our greater universe is structured. The Zohar juxtaposes the 12 directions (branches) of Zeir Anpin with the 2 seas: the Sea of Binah and the Sea of Malhut. As we have explained previously, the 12 directions (branches) represent the restrictive cubic structure with the 12 edges boxing in the 6 sides. The Zohar further tells us that the 12 edges are analogous to the 12 tribes of Israel and to the 12 sons of Jacob, who came from 4 mothers (sides and/or vertical edges of the cube).  The 3 Patriarchs representing the 3 columns spreading out at right angles to form the full 12 boundaries of the cube (4 x 3). Spiritually, the 12 edges of the cubes, like the metaphor of the 12 sons, are the channels of light that draw from the upper see to the lower one. As we have said previously the 12 edges, 6 sides and 8 vertices (points) of the cube sum to 26, the numerical value of the Tetragrammaton (יהוה) that is G-d’s Name in the state of Zeir Anpin.

The sea spreads out evenly in all directions and is presented by a spherical shape, equidistant from its center at all points. The sea is endless, but when stopped in freeze-frame at any moment in its even expansion it would be a sphere, like the Sun, the Earth, and the Moon.  For simplicity, we will think of this juxtaposition as a circle and a square, which are slices of those spheres and cubes. The square is Zeir Anpin, the channel between the circles, the sky from Genesis 1:6. There is a circle inscribed in the square; it is Malchut, our physical world, cased in by Zeir Anpin.  There is a circle that circumscribes the square and encases it; it is Binah. An Inner circle and an outer one.  These are the wheels you read about in the Zohar. These are the seas you read about in the Zohar.

Ecclesiastes 1:7
“All the rivers flow into the sea, Yet the sea is not full. To the place where the rivers flow, There they flow again.”

Zeir Anpin are the rivers that channel the light from the upper endless sea of Light, Binah. The four (4) rivers of Genesis 2:10. Malchut is the sea that cannot be filled.  Malchut is a dark endless with no light of its own. Once it is cut off from the light it will be pitch black. Our spiritual selves live in Zeir Anpin; our physical selves are ensconced in Malchut.  What we think and imagine as light in the world in which we live is just a reflection from Binah above. It is an illusion, a cheap trick to keep us trapped down here.  Whatever gives us what we think is light down here is the antithesis of light; it draws us deeper into the darkness. The stronger the sensation of light, like being high, the further from the actual light we are being led. The cruel trick is that the reflection is on the bottom of sea not its surface, so the closer to the false light we swim, the deeper into the abyss we are diving.  That is the reality behind addictions, all of them. And addictions are just a modern term for idol worshiping, which is even a crueler trick because almost no one today thinks they are worshiping idols-most would tell you that is barbaric.

To understand how to escape the lower sea before the collapse is complete, we must first understand how it is all structured. Only then will we be able to see through the illusions.

To geometry, this relationship between the spheres and cubes or circles and squares is basic, and while it may look fancy if we spell it all out, it is very basic math. What is math anyway? It is just a way to describe relationships between different objects using a common universal language. So let us skip the math and examine the relationship.  Skipping the part about the ratio of the circumference of the inscribed circle to the circumscribed circle being (1-1/√2) and jumping ahead to where it works out to .2928, we learn that 2928 HC is the year that the First Holy Temple was constructed. Doing the same with the ratio of the outer circle’s circumference to the inscribed square’s perimeter, the resultant Pi/2 is 1.5708, which gives us 5708 HC, the year Israel became a nation. This is also 2780 years after the construction of the First Holy Temple. Those 2780 years are 10 times the numerical value of Ohr HaGanuz, the concealed light of Moshiach.

And again skipping the math in the ratio of the area of the circumscribed (outer circle) to the square within gives us 1.111, which we know is representative of the primordial Aleph (א) that is Binah. Then as mentioned in our article on the Solar System, the square drawn around the inscribed circle that it bounds is 1.273 or 27.3% larger, representative of the ratio of Zeir Anpin to the bounded Malchut. This partially explains why within that strict confined structure, the Moon rotates in 27.3 days and revolves around the Earth in 27.3 days, in sync with the dark sunspots that rotate around the Sun also every 27.3 days.  The design of Zeir Anpin is to keep the darkness of Malchut from infecting the upper worlds and to inject as much order as possible into that swirling chaos, hence the strict marching orders of the planets, timed to one-half of the numerical value of the Tree-of-Life and of Israel, 546/2 = 273.

To see the two (2) Hands of G-d in all this, each with 14 finger segments, we need only look past the square Zeir Anpin and look to the ratio of the two seas to one another, Binah to Malchut. Given what we just described, the ratio of the Outer circle to the Inner one is 1.111 x 1.273,or 1.414214, which is the square root of 2. The √2, or essence of 2, decodes as 1.414214 = 14 (יד) and 14 (יד), followed by 2 (יד), or even ruach, the spirit of G-d of numerical value 214. Since Yad (יד) is Hand, we can see the 2 Hands of G-d within the square root of two (2), a very unique number, and one at the core of all our geometry.

The Covenant of Halves

The name David (דוד) also has the numerical value of 14.  Moreover, the ratio of the Inner circle to the Outer one is .707107, giving us the 70 years of David’s lifespan and of the nation of Israel in this transformational year, 5778 (2018 CE). Before we examine this closer, we should note that the .707107 Inner to Outer circle ratio is one-half of the √2 and that it also gave us the equation (1 -.707107) = .2928, the Year that King David’s plans for the First Holy Temple were realized (2928 HC) by his son, 4 years after his death.  The square root of 2 is unique in that half (√2/2) of it, (.707107), is equal to the inverse (1/√2) of it, (.707107).  Therefore, half of those two (2) hands (1.414214), in other words .707107, breaks down numerically to 70 years, the 7th prophesied Shabbat millennium, and 107, whose sum of its 107 integers (∑ 1 -107 ) equals 5778, the year Israel completes its first 70 years.

The splitting of the square root of 2 in half is not only mathematically unique, but special in its relationship to King David in that the midpoint—the splitting in 2—of his 70-year life span marks the midpoint, 2889 HC, in the 5778 years to Moshiach and freedom.  It is no coincidence that G-d made the Covenant of Halves with Abraham in the year 2018 HC, the analog to 2018 CE (5778 HC).

The Zohar tells us the four (4) walls of the square are akin to the four (4) exiles. When Joseph entered Egypt the 210 years of Egyptian exile began, 3 The Divine Calendarperiods of 70 years each. Not coincidentally, there are 4 portions about Joseph in the Torah, who was born in the year 2198 HC, and lived in Egypt for 70 years of those 210.  Those 70 years were blessings and protection to Israel, even as they lived within the darkness of exile.  Those 70 years of blessings extend forward in time to today’s 70 years of Israel, for Joseph was born exactly 3580 years before the year 5778, or 10 times 358, the numerical value of Mashiach. Joseph’s birth in 2198 HC was also 1562 years before the Gregorian Calendar began, and 156 is the numerical value of Joseph.  The 2 Calendars are converging this year. 5778 years of history did not happen in vain.

How long was the Babylonian exile before the Second Holy Temple was built? 70 years. The Gregorian calendar began with a 70-year period that marked the end of the Second Holy Temple.  It is ending with another 70-year period clearly marked by the birth of Israel. It is time for us to break out and reach Binah, the World to Come. It is time to break out of the self-defined confines of the 4th exile. It is the illusion that we keep feeding ourselves that forms the walls of this prison. Zeir Anpin is made of light; we must look up towards it, not to its reflection in the bottom of the abyss.

The Israelites are Zeir Anpin, the 12 sons of Jacob are the structured boundary walls ruled by the 3-column system. The Inner Circle referenced above is Malchut, the darkness drawing its light from the bounded edges, the 4 rivers. The Outer Circle is Binah, the true light that beckons us to break free. As explained above, the two Hands of G-d are reaching down to us through the design of that structure.  They are built into it as our way out.

This year, the boundaries of our self-imposed prison will be shaken severely. They will be shaken loose for our sake.  The Zohar explains that that is exactly what happened to end the 210-year exile in Egypt. It took the Hands of G-d to shake free and wake up the Israelites then, which is why the initials of the 10 plagues add up to the numerical value of Israel.  Then once the boundaries are broken, the choice is ours; The Outer or the Inner Circle; the Darkness or the Light.

We live in a universe of positive and negative, spiritual and physical. Black and white fire, as the Hebrew letters of the Torah and the space they occupy are called. Like two pieces of a puzzle fitting together, 5778 and 4222 slide in together to form 10000, or 10 to the power of 4, the 4th or Binah dimension. As we explained above, numerically 4222 is 422 and 2, or the numerical value of 70 and the 2 dates of the destruction of both Holy Temples.

The numerical values for “70″ and for “Joseph” respectively, 422 and 156 equal 578.  Of the 91 sets of oddly doubled words in the Torah, the set of doubled words meaning to tear away (טרף and טרף) was used twice, once when the brothers inferred to Jacob that Joseph was dead and again when he was found to be alive.  Each set has the numerical value 578. Each set also has the sofit gematria value of 2018. This year Joseph is alive for us.  Joseph was never dead; it was an illusion. This is the year we tear away the illusions.

The Temples were the physical manifestation of Zeir Anpin on Earth, open channels to Binah and beyond.  When the weight of the encroaching darkness of Malchut became too much they collapsed to seal off and protect the upper worlds.  If the darkness was feeding off the light, having none of its own, why not strike a balance and thus live off as much light as possible? It was not its nature.  Darkness likes darkness and the nature of physicality is blind greed, not balance. In order to escape it, we have to turn away from our own nature; it is the only way.  Trying to strike a balance is the illusion the darkness would like you to believe.

We are personifying the darkness for a reason: it does have a consciousness.  This is why you cannot fight it; this consciousness feeds off everyone collectively and individually. Every negative thought we have, let alone our selfish actions and speech, feed it and tell it how best to control us, what illusions with which to best confront us.

It is a battle that cannot be won, but there is a way out.  This year, G-d’s two Hands are reaching out to those who can wake themselves up and see the physical nature of our prison for what it is .

A Sign in the Sky

For 20 years we have been writing about the confluence of calendars that is to come when the year 5778 meets 2018.  The first time we were at 2018 was in the Hebrew Calendar 3760 years ago. This when G-d made the Covenant of Halves with Abraham, splitting the offerings half on one side, half on the other.  The confluence will happen this week. It will be marked by the largest Super Moon of the year this Jan 1-2, and by the Earth being the closest to Sun on Jan 3-4.  The process is beginning…

The largest and brightest Supermoon on recent record was on Jan 26, 1948, 70 years ago, the year Israel became a nation.  1948 in the Hebrew Calendar was when Abraham was born.

From the 28 times in Ecclesiastes 3:2-8 we see the obvious juxtaposition to easy times and difficult ones, 14 on either side, like 2 hands. It is also like the sum of the 365 positive and 248 negative precepts in the Torah: 3+6+5+2+4+8 = 28, split 14 positive and 14 negative. What is only obvious in the Hebrew text is the juxtaposition between the words for time, (ועת and  עת) so similar to the placement of G-d’s hands in the Torah’s first 28 letter verse at (ואת and  את). One has the Aleph (א) of numerical value 1 and the other Ayin (ע) of numerical value 70. In the beginning 1 and at the end 70; there is a time to every purpose under heaven.  The numerical value of (ועת and  עת) plus the kolel for the 2 times equals 948. This is similar to 1948 when we add the Aleph (1000), which is 70 years prior to 2018 CE or 5778 HC.

At digit 948 within the telling first 1000 digits in Pi, there is string of numbers …5778185778 that include 2 of the three appearances of the number 5778 within those 1000 digits.  Why 2 times? Why 2 juxtaposed 5778’s? Will there be 2 different scenarios for time after 5778? Within those 1000 digits there is no string for 2018, but there are three of 2019. Two back to back years represented unfathomably within a mere 1000 digits, representing 2 entwined calendars, one an end of time, the other a beginning of a new time. But for whom. Who witnesses the end of time and who the beginning?

Much has been revealed about Pi, Phi and 18 in our books and previous articles and there is still much more that needs to be revealed.  One item of note that we have not yet revealed even beyond the 42-Letter Name giving us 9/.123049…= 73.1415777 or (70 + pi). And even beyond the Genesis Equation built into the Torah’s first verse of 28 letters that gives us Pi as 3.141545078… And even beyond the Zohar’s unfathonable secret about Pi is simply that Pi/2 or 3.14159265358…/2 = 1.5708, which gives us the year Israel became a nation in 5708 HC (1948 CE) 70 years ago this May.

Happy New Years to All, as this New Years is marked by both Calendars and by Hashem in our Skies, both by Day and by Night, a sign for all to see.
